      Slow and steady wins the race..... Firstly Start minimising your eating portion (normal food which you are currently eating)..... It will take atleast a month to get used to it and as you succeed make weekly diet plan and follow shikha mam's recipe every day....
      Also stop eating sugar and junk food in the evening. Evening time is very crucial time when you get cravings for junk.
      Restrict eating junk and outside food for just once a month.

      I would suggest, if you eat late, then make sure you eat breakfast late too. The fast period should be long for you to lose weight.
      Keep 14 hours between dinner and breakfast.

      U can try intermittent fasting...
      If u hav dinner by 9pm, try to have breakfast around 11am...
      It will definitely works...
