Hi PJ. Thank you for your very instructive video. Does the radio have to come out to remove the cupholders bracket (below the centre vents)? Ours has a piece broken out of the track and the moveable support that holds the cup keeps falling onto the floor when a cup is placed in it. Cheers.

Great video. Really helpful. I see the two blue plugs are radio related, as you mentioned, but what is the white plug? Is it for the trip computer built into the Toyota stereo?
Hi, is there a kit that the steering controls will still work with? Also my Previa has an aftermarket head unit but the factory fit DVD screen doesn’t work, were these ever connected?
RHS is hazard light switch. What's that blank LHS cable for? Wires going to blank! Is it just power? Bunch of wires there might come in handy for something.
This is great, thanks! Do you need the fascia kit if you are installing a standard double DIN headunit? Or will there be a gap around the whole thing? Thanks.
Nice.. mine has similar dash but the stereo has reverse camera and CD,mp3, and midi disc. Has a touch screen with sat nav and loads of other things The front also flips down. It’s all in Japanese so not got a clue how to use it.
Thank you for posting this , very handy video
Thanks so much! Just what I needed

I wish you wrote the full details about the lever tool you used, I can't find it anywhere

Depending on exact spec it can be just for steering controls or a combo of radio options as well such as trip computer.

I guess it could be done in a diy fashion but it would have a gap or not sit right in the dashboard.
