The slick old interface was for a reason to buy an LG. Now with this bloated UI with ads, I can (and probably will) also take another brand.

If you want to, you can reenable the old UI in settings just go to home settings, then go to style basic style and then you’re good to go

What's your webos version of LG TV?
Because I've received the update couple of days back here in India,
But it has no such new interface at all.
    No UI changes for me,
It was just as it is.

It is refer to as webos 24. The version of the update was SW File(Version 13.30.56) you can find the file on the LG website.

where do I see what time I have on TV in this new webos?

    • @ZGadgetReview

I f you are looking for the Power on time (I think that is what you are asking) you go to support (the headset image) click on TV information and towards the bottom you'll see what you are looking for.

@@ZGadgetReview Unfortunately I'm from Portugal, Europe, and I discovered that LG doesn't let me see the hours on TV in Europe

      @@Eliseu05 Wow, I wonder why?

@@ZGadgetReview I heard that the continent of America has different rules, and there they force LG to have this function, something they are not obliged to do in Europe. Now if it's true I don't know, but this function would help me a lot

@Eliseu05 you would think that it would be a simple thing to have. I can see why it's useful

Do you know how to disable this on start up, I want to launch my apple TV as default start up device.

Hi, yeah you just have to select input start. I show how on the video. You go through the general settings.

Settings> General> system> additional settings > home settings> power on screen> recent input... That's the route on webOS24 so when you turn on the TV it starts on the last input you used... if it was appletv it'll start on apple tv
