For the way I use it pretty Dagon good. I have never had it run dead on me while using it but generally when I do it’s at a lower light percentage and not for super long periods of time as I’m using it just for an accent light for photography or videos.

May I ask a couple of questions? 1, Can I use these lights while charging? 2, Is it safe to put these lights next to phones or cameras (because of the magnets)? 3, With this amazing app can I batch control two or more lights at the same time?

Hi Rexx, great review, I'm still deciding between picking up a couple of this Falcon Eyes F7 Mini or wait for the new Falcon Eyes F7 ii (second generation) that is equal to the original F7 but adds support for the app that you comment on the video. My doubts is that i'm not sure if 2 minis will be able to match the brightness level of 1 big F7 and I want it to be able to use it to iluminate a face in darker conditions. Do you have any insights on that? Thanks in advance!

I would go with the bigger light for subject lighting. These smaller lights are good for accent lighting ect , In darker situations you could possible get away with it a bit more. The advantage of the smaller light in darker situations is less spill over.

Nice lights but the app is shit and Falcon Eyes support for it is zero!

I have had ZERO issues with the app. I have used it on 3 different iPhones and 2 different iPads with no probs. I have never had to reach out to falcon eyes support but I have noticed that with most of these Chinese companies its usually not great.
