Thanks for making creamy dishes popular again. My sister who lives in your area is still treating anything like cream and butter like poison. The evidence has been in for years that it’s sugar and carbs that have given everyone problems. She scolded me for eating fat attached to a slice of ham at Thanksgiving.
It looks like you make scalloped potatoes just like my mother did except she used milk. When I made them they never seem done. I want to try your recipe using cream and see if I have better luck. I am picky about my cheese and my Longhorn has been discontinued but I think I found one I can eat. These potatoes go really good with ham. Can't wait to try them again. Thanks for sharing.
