我自已用的是有蒸氣功能的小烤箱(Balmuda),瑪芬不用解凍,冷凍庫拿出來直接進烤箱,使用「可頌」模式,烤10分鐘。
若家裡只有一般用來烤土司的小烤箱,建議前一晚從冷凍庫移到冷藏,低溫解凍後,再用小烤箱烤3~4分鐘。
