Made this today and it tasted amazing (even without the cornmeal. didn't have any). Everyone loved it and so it's definitely a repeat (making some again tomorrow). Simple and easy recipe to follow and amazing results.

Olá, acabei de fazer. A massa é maravilhosa mas como desconfiava impossível fazer na frigideira pois queima muito rápido e por dentro fica cru. Usei a boca nas fraca do fogão e coloquei no mido panqueca nas torrou do mesmo jeito. Assei no forno e ficou bom. 😍
O trigo é o normal ou aquele de pão mesmo?

HI, Thanks for sharing. Can you put the kneading time in your recipe's please. Hand kneading time and the stand mixture kneading time. For some recipe's you have done which is very good.
Also can I use all purpose flour instead of bread flour and cake flour because where I live we cannot find these particular flour types. I really love your recipe's.

Can I make a dough a night before, then keep it in the refrigerator overnight and start to work with the dough a morning after ? Will the dough still raise nicely ?

I did it last night but the dough turned out not good. I put the dough in the refrigerator overnight. I took it out this morning and it didn’t rise as good as it was ( when I did the 1st try - rising in the room temperature )
I continued to make the muffin and the muffin was not as light as the 1st try ☹️
So now I know. No more dough overnight in the refrigerator
