    Love it! Thanks so much. I'm an older woman now at 71 and you are just going over things I've learned over a lifetime of homemaking, but I still enjoy hearing them. Messages like these are so critical for our younger sisters just starting out! I appreciate you!

    My mother told us when I was 10, make your bed when you get up, you are not going to kill me, on Saturday we were maids cleaning our room and polishing the woodwork, dusting the 2inch blinds, I miss my mother 🌹

    I live alone...but still need me time. 😂 Before I know it, it’s time to walk the dogs, clean the house, make food for the day, and take care of Mom and Dad needs. 💜

      Christine, I get it. My mom died in August but before that, it was juggling home then going over to help with her care. Try to set up a routine that reflects your current life. It doesn't matter that yu live alone. You still have things to do and maybe schedules to keep. Plan around whatever and however it is for you.

Please put your met in the fridge and let it thaw overnight. There are also defrost features on most microwaves.

      @kmiller6002 3 года назад

      @@homemakingwithdenise that's basically what I used to do. Now living alone (except for my fur babies) it's just kinda whatever. I do make my bed still everyday... I can't stand a messy bed😉. Actually it's very lonely but it's just the way it is now for me. I keep a tidy home and I'm disabled so I go to town once a week and the test of my time is spent at home, either watching my RUclipsrs or working in my garden. I just canned my first batch of chicken last night it was Very scary but it All worked out all the jars sealed😁😍. Thank you Mrs Denise for sharing your knowledge with us. Everyone stay safe and God Bless you and your family from middle GA 🙏 Kendra

      @@homemakingwithdenise FIRST off... My kitchen didn't blow up😆😆😆😆. I did have some siphoning that came from one of my jars, my head space was a little off on that one but otherwise it went well. I reached out to Leisa from Sutton's Daze and OMGOODNESS she helped me out a lot, my valve wasn't rising I just had to use a butter knife to release it. NOW I want to Can Everything 😆
