This video will show you how to setup and program Boost Auto Parts New Style Chrome GM Key Fobs into your 1999-2007 classic GM truck or SUV. This covers Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Avalanche, and Suburban vehicles that have RPO code AU0. This procedure is applicable to the 2020 Style Keyless Remote offered by Boost Auto Parts, as well as the 2015 Style Keyless Transponder.
The programming is completed in 3 minutes, and vehicles allow up to 4 fobs to be linked to a vehicle at one time. Our Boost Auto Parts 2015+ and 2020+Style Retrofit Key Fob provides the factory chrome look with a robust outer shell for more durability than standard key fobs.

For anyone struggling: make sure you are cycling between the on position and accessory mode position twice, not on and off.

That's what was messing me up also.
Just synced up two of the 2020 remotes for my 2007 Silverado 1500 RCSB Classic, it was very easy following these instructions.

Can’t get mine to pair. Tried about 10x’s. We just had to put a new ECM in the truck (supposed flashed with all the latest codes for the vehicle)

How do we setup for auto start option?? There's a video on RUclips of lsxmatt set up his with it?
We do not offer remote start for 1999-2007. LSX Matt was using an aftermarket remote start system not from BAP. That system uses a triple click of the OEM fobs lock button, so our fob integrates with it.
Do you have anything for the 2010-2013 GM style?
I have a 2010 Silverado 3500 & a 2013 Suburban 2500
Programming for 2011+ GM vehicles must be done with a scan tool. We will be releasing an OBD programming tool for these vehicles in the future. You can email sales@boostautoparts.com and ask to be notified when it is released.
What about the extra key inside the fob? How would that work given that it's a different type of key than the 99-02 ones? Unless I'm mistaken and there is no key in these fobs.
There is an uncut key, however it is not designed to work with these 1999-2007 vehicles.
Will it work with my 2020 Silverado 1500 lt if I have the key ignition I do not have the push to start I have the same key fob as the 2015 2018 model to open my door and auto start

I have an 01 and i finally got it to work but I had to turn the key on of quickly twice and my horn did not honk. It will still work without the horn honking but that was throwing me off. Hope this helps someone in the same position

The horn's not going off on mine either so you're saying do the process even though you don't hear the horn honk

I'm considering buying one for my 2004 suburban, but little worried it might not work. I bought 2 separate ones (original models from Amazon) programmed them and they both had issues with the unlock button working properly. Lock worked fine on both every time, however the unlock seemed to only work some times and was a fight to get it to unlock all the doors after the initial driver door opened. Is there an issue with my suburban? Or bad luck from 2 Amazon fobs? (yes the both looked little worn when I opened them up, but switch the circuit board into newer rubber and still had the same issue ) dont want to buy one from boost and have the same issue 😩
Shouldn't have the issue with ours, quality is a top priority with us!

You can program the fob yourself for 99-07 GM vehicles.
How do I access the battery?. I couldn't find any information on the website.

At this time we don't yet have a video for the 2020 fob, but if you reach out to our support team at support@boostautoparts.com they can provide guidance.
Bought this fob for my 2003 gmc, had to go through program procedure 8 times then it finally synced, it works but poorly sometimes it does nothing when i press the button
Sounds like there might be an issue with the receiver on your truck. Please reach out to our support team at support@boostautoparts.com so we can assist in diagnosing this and getting it resolved ASAP (free of charge under warranty if our product is the issue).
@@boostautoparts i did call them, and there response was that I needed to respond to there list of research info to provide, including a video of me trying to sync fob. So at that point offering no help what good are they?
@@truckcrazy7117 It sounds like in order to assist in diagnosis they need information - if the product is deemed to have an issue they will replace it free of charge. If you're not wanting to proceed with our warranty process you can feel free to request a return or speak with a manger.
How do you replace the battery on the 2020 fob?

Now if only you could make it have the auto start feature for my 2003 Sierra. Unfortunately that would be a pita considering all of the aftermarket auto starts available today

You can buy remote start kits that use the factory remote. You will just click the lock button 3 times.

Tried to program my new fob more then 12 times and it doesn’t work !
