I found this very informative and only wish the camera had shown more and she had gone into much more detail. It would have been nice to get more specifics on the design and build. As this women's job is to inform people, I was disappointed in the lack of details and information.
How big is a ‘zone’? Never showed how long this greenhouse is. So working backwards, 300 gallons is 40 cubic feet, which is 1” of ‘rain’, a typical good amount, on 480 sf. That’s an area 20x24, not really that big, maybe half the high tunnel.

-The rainwater catchment system is only used in the summer months. You’d need to take down the gutters in the winter.

Yeah sounds like a lot of water till you hear 30,000 Gallons for 1- hectare.
