    This video was fantastic!!! So much invaluable info. Can’t wait to dive into the course and fix my major fat digestion issues. My mom and 3 of her sisters all had their gallbladder’s removed and all have had their lives destroyed by this chronic and identity diarrhea. Can’t wait to share this info w them.
    My 82 year old mother began showing signs of cognitive impairment about 20 years ago. At age 57 I’m experiencing the same thing even tho my diet is pristine,”life long exerciser. I wonder if it’s been the lack of being able to access nutrients. I know my brain will send out these unreal craving signals for carbs and I notice it’s like my brain is starving for fuel. I get into ketosis but my brain doesn’t seem to want to use the ketones.
    Thank you so much for this info.

    I failed at carnivore (1year strict)because my body was not accessing the vitamins and minerals. Definitely had fat malabsorption and so gallbladder issues. So someone like me needs to correct digestive issues and continue to eat carbs in the meantime. The only thing is, every time I eat some thing like a sweet potato, or a rutabaga, my ‘sugar dragon’ wakes up, and my old crazy hunger returns, and I am a maniac who will devour the whole kitchen. The sugar dragon sleeps, so long as I eat low-carb veg only. What I’m saying is, I am not able to carb cycle without my glucose spiking for hours, and my BED returning. And yet I find myself with hair falling out, tired all the time, dry skin, depressed, etc, and now a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. I have a history of yo-yo dieting, and fat or thin, my systolic number has always been under 100. And so my inability to digest minerals has obviously gone on for decades, exasperated by a history of calorie restriction, low fat, and fasting followed by BED. All that to ask, can I ignore carbs (trigger) in my diet, just focus on fixing digestion, and the rest should fall into place? I also wonder about your thoughts on leptin resistance. When I first started carnivore, I ate 4 to 5 pounds of meat a day. Working on circadian rhythm and blocking blue light allowed me to get down to eating one and a half pounds a day within one month.

    Thank you so much for you AWESOME videos! I was looking to see if you have already addressed PCOS and issues regarding weight stagnation- if I missed it, my bad...if not will you please share your thoughts. Also regarding temperature, is it safe to believe that if a body temperature is well under 98 or even 97 that the metabolism is low; and if this is the case, how can someone raise their body temperature ANNND what is low body temperature an indicator of? Thank you :D

    Losing weight is 95% about what one eats and the rest is exercise.

    My son is obese and he doesnt even eat much and finds it hard to lose weight no matter what he does. Im not sure if its the medication he is on or not. But he needs help

      This is an excellent point that I accidentally forgot to mention. I see a lot of obese clients who really don't eat enough. And the combination of digestive problems restricting the ability to access nutrients and then limited nutrients coming in, the body ends up holding on to everything that comes in like it's money in the bank. I had a client who just fixed his digestive troubles and reduced his carbs and lost over 200 pounds in a year. I would go through our free digestion course and see if you can figure out which aspects of his digestion could use some help. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

      @@KickItNaturally thank you for replying so fast. I just get so confused about what he should eat. Some say eat more often but small meals, tried that, Others day do fasting and eat once a day, tried that, others are now saying do the carnivore diet but ive heard good and bad things about that too. Other say dont eat a plant based diet or vegan diet its not healthy. He has started to take some digestive enzymes and I think they may be helping with his heartburn and low stomach acid. Its all so confusing ugh. What are your thoughts on eating just meat and nothing else?

    • @KickItNaturally

      Always know this.. There is no diet that is right for every person because we all process foods differently. You have proved that following what the cool kids do has not worked for him. What you really want to do is to create a diet that is right for his body chemistry. My book, Kick Your Fat in the Nuts, walks you through how to do that. It also explains why all those diets work for some people and why they don't work for others. If you read that book, so much more will make a lot more sense. You can get it for free here: kickitnaturally.com/course
      it will help you understand why carnivore can help some people, and if someone has digestive malfunctions, it's pretty much the worst thing they can do. Let us know how it goes.

      @@KickItNaturally My son was told recently to try keto to lose weight but Im not sure this is right for him either as he was tired intermittent fasting and fasting for one day a week and still is having trouble shifting the weight. He has started taking digestive enzymes to help with his reflux and low stomach acid and they seem to be working a bit but he cant seem to get rid of the coughing after every time he eats. I think he is eating too fast. I just want to help him as he is becoming more and more depressed :(

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +1

      HI @A L coughing or reflux symptoms like that have little to do with the speed a person eats. The stomach is supposed to work correctly no matter how fast a person eats. Chewing more can help, but usually someone's stomach is not making enough acid. It sounds like you are putting a lot of effort into this and likely putting effort where it won't help as much. I strongly recommend reading my book and that will help him understand how to look at this digestion and body chemistry to figure out the steps that are mostly to help. Keto is great, but if a person's body is not set up for it, they WILL gain weight and feel miserable doing keto. S\ame with fasting. You can download my book for free here if you haven't done that yet: kickitnaturally.com/free

    Would Betaine HCL with peptides pills be ok taken without any protein food.
    If I eat vegetables, is it ok to get that 540mg capsule?

    • @KickItNaturally

      HI , most people only use HCL with meals that contain protein that needs to be broken down. You can learn more about this in our totally free digestion course in the description. That can help you figure out what is really best for your situation.
