This is a gorgeous home. I love the layout - large closets in every room! It has an understated elegance throughout (except the monkey hanging high on the living room wall is rather strange and out of place (minor detail!). Definitely saving this design!
Beautiful house ❤ Only thing left out was a large porch on back of house that gives the upstairs a balcony with steps down so there is a way to get out of the house in case of fire. Only thing extra I would do for this lovely house.

It’s is not very often that I don’t look at a house plan and want a few tweaks carried out to be our definition of perfect. With the exception of adding a stair lift so that I can get upstairs, this one is perfect as-is. Bravo Zulu❣️❣️❣️❣️
Only thing I don't like is the door to nowhere off the dining room. Add a nice covered porch for entertaining off that side of the house and it would be perfect.
