Good Company is a show about musicians and the history of how the artist began their musical journey to where they are now.
V.O.D. is seriously one of the best heavy bands of all time. I'm still confused to this day, like how are they not more well known?
Bloodsimple needs to come back. One of the bands I regret never seeing live
I loved BloodSimple!
why did they stop. Both albums were so fucking good. Great mix of aggression and melody.
I want VOD and bloodsimple to make new albums this world is so f***** up and they have so much to talk about it's nuts Tim is a great dude I can't wait to meet him so I'm perform standing on the side of the stage at the trocadero in Philly nuts them opening up for Life of agony amazing amazing broken valley tour Peace Love Johnny w
Tim said on Doc Coyle's podcast his personal life was basically blowing up at the time. That plus the record industry imploding around 2008.@@grimeyshred
Blood simple was amazing. His vocals amazed me
Imprint is my favorite album of all time. Every song is killer. Tim's voice and lyrics are amazing. Glad he's still making music.
Tim is such an awesome dude. Anything he touches is gold. He should be known way more than he is
One of the best voices in metal. From Bliss To Devastation and A Cruel World some of my favorite albums.
One of my very favorite heavy vocalist of ALL TIME!
Such a unique voice & amazing front man.
Thanks for putting this together Scott! I think it's been exactly 20 years since I first head Southbound on the Lou Brutus show and got hooked on this band, was lucky enough to see them in 2007 opening for Hell Yeah, amazing Tim still has the chops after all these years.
Awesome! Yes please get Kennedy! I want to know about his gear and stuff haha. Also his approach to writing.
Always glad to see anything VOD and Tim related out there. Thank you Scott Bowling!
Get Bloodsimple back, this was one of my favorite band of all time. I still listen to them, no later than today.
You’re such a great promoter, Scott. Please keep it going. The industry needs you. You’re a pro!
I remember seeing Tim working at a coffeehouse then and i was living next to one of the bandmates in Long Beach. The shows were amazing! Those were the best days!
Yes! Yes! Yes! V.O.D.

My old band 5-1-HATE almost got to play with V.O.D. back in the day!!
One of my fav voices in this filthy planet
Amazing interview Scott. I would love to speak to Tim and dive a little deeper into the V.O.D Bloodsimple lore. Is it true Tim had his wisdom teeth removed while recording the Drip/Self Titled album? How long did he attend Suny Stony Brook? Thoughts on Five Points Queens.
I'm a fan of bloodsimple with
Ride with me
Deadman walking
Plunder
Flatlined and the leaving song.
Now I found Rollin Coffin and want to hear it. Greetings from Northern Germany ✌🏻
I got to see VOD on that small Slayer run at Groundzero in Spartanburg, SC. They also played a solo off date the next night at Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte, NC that I was at as well. Long live VOD!
I was playing in a punk/ hardcore band back that time and the only footage we have from one of our many CBGB’s shows was from a shoulder vhs recorder. Beepers was the new thing lol. I always wonder what things would have been if we had social media then, we made our own flyers, graffiti, word of mouth before we signed with an independent label. We would go on midnight sticker tagging missions. VOD was always on repeat and was a big influence for my drumming style.
Me too with the drumming. Be was my favorite out of all the bands always, influenced my playing
I had old school LIHC VOD flyers and VOD hoodie using the VOD written out like the NY islanders logo that we got from the Island Park show with Madball and Soul Sick and At Odds. It was an all day show on a Sunday
Great interview!
Thank you so much!
Oh man I need more Bloodsimple. I saw Bloodsimple 4 times, 3 times with American head charge always so amazing live.

I shook his hand during a V.O.D. show one night ETownConcrete headlined at Stone Pony. Back in the day.
Awesome interview. So glad this interview took place.

The green drip always reminds me of Helmet’s red drip from their Meantime album.

So how does Phil track differently? Great interview
Always loved Tim's voice!!! Can't wait for his new bands album to drop. Another awesome interview! Any chance you'll do and interview with Chad of MuDvAyNe?!? Would be awesome because he's a super cool dude.
