- Join me for this very effective workout for your inner and outer thigh muscles. I include the Side Lying Leg Series in every Pilates mat class I teach. Be sure to lift the side belly closest to the mat in order to work a bit harder on stability and the proper position. Tone your thighs and lift your booty with me!

Wow! Tried this today as a finisher and loved it! Is it normal that I am not able to lift off the floor a lot on the last move? It’s minimal lift for me but I am trying my absolute best…
