Mai 1600m ka Tayari kar raha hu. Mai Abhi 97kg ka hu but aapke tricks dekh kar apna timing 8:43 aa gaya hai. Bus kisi Tarah se 6:00 Ho jaye. Kash aap se baat Ho pati....
Akhir me Takat khatam ho jata hai.
Last me sprint nhi Ho PA raha hai.
My timing .. 4:50 in 1600 m. I am 2 times SSB qualified. He is giving correct advices... 👍

@@neerakumarsingh575 timing kam k liye diet achha rakho. Oily khana chhor do. Oil ki jagah ghee use karo but jyada nahi. Daurne se pahle stretching karo. Or dhire dhire timing thik karo. 1 month mei nahi hoga, kam se kam 6 month lagega. Or sabse important baat daurte waqt hamesha time dekh k dauro and apna pichhla timing se kuchh sec behater karne ka kosis karo.

Sir ji, just stumbled upon your video, nice one .... I run coz i like running. Though I am not preparing for any race, last month my 1600 m time was at 5.5 mins. Also I am never able to cross 20km run (i.e half marathon) even after months of run. I am 44 year old. Any pointers wrt this data for improvement will be helpful.
