1. low intensity workout fir 30 mins (walk,, pilates)
2. low sodium dinner
3. no food after 8 pm
4. massage face and body
5. breath work for 5 mins to relief stress

I'm someone who's obsessed with intense hiit workouts and i do workout a lot but i drink looots of water and my face is never bloated. I've learned that if you drink lot if water your body releases lot of water so you're not getting bloated. you get bloated when you're not hydrated enough cause our body holds water cause it thinks it will meed it since you're not hydrating it enough m so girls drink lots of water, stay hydrated and debloated 💗
also girls try to have some morning cleansing juices / tea or wellness shots it really helps a lot

that wonyoung pic shocked me
Well ima tell you something i saw ive like 5 times and woonyoung in Taiwan during the concert when ive arrived at the airport i saw wonyoung without makeup look so different her skin is actually tan and her real bare face she looks just average like any other asian but when i went to the concert she looks so flawless with makeup and actually, i ve seen so many other idols i ve gotten the oportunity to see many idols without makep and all of them actually look pretty different without makeup even karina and sullyon will shock you too all idols are just puré makeup and bleach and many woonyoung fans deny that she looks like that without makeup or they say that she was just tired but the reality is that thats her real face her face is just not perfect thats her real face without makeup and edition and filters and photoshop in real life she is tan yellowish and also mostly of idols are like that too but fans are toxic and always want to say that their idols are perfects" when the reality is that the are just average cuz they are humans when you see a picture or video of woonyoung without makeup she has already makeup or filters on but fans dont accept that and claim to be natural but her bare face is like in this video cuz i saw ive 5 times and i got the oportunity to see ive without makeup on i even have more pics of ive like this i was shocked the first time i saw wonyoung and many idols real bare faces in real life cuz they change alot without makeup of course on tv and videos and on stages they look flawless but without makeup the r average and fans always get mad at me cuz think m hating on their favs but m not m just saying the are human beings too

just here to comment that it's normal to crave more food before or during your period. It kinda changes from a woman to another, but generally the week before or the week during your period, your body consumes ~400calories mor than usually

I think people are so shocked because a big part of Dior's marketing is a behind the scenes look at how their products are made. Very artistic, ethereal mini movies of someone making a bag, the petits mains draping on a dress form or a video walking through with Maria Grazia as she chooses prints for the latest collection. It's misleading.

Have you seen her in real life at an airport? Because I have. Yes she looks just like that believe it or not. The only difference is she wears a face mask or hat to cover her lower face. Her skin is tan and her skin is very normal. She looks just like any other human being. She's beautiful with and without makeup. You're the one saying derogatory stuff about her natural beauty. Even if it is edited, so are the innisfree "natural bare face" pictures of her. You claim that you're mad about this picture being edited but in reality it's because you find her unattractive and not how you imagined her to look without makeup. Almost all the other "bare face" pictures of her are edited too or she's wearing makeup and you don't say shit because she's attractive to you. She's human, not an alien. Someone needs to correct this mindset of yours, because it's obviously not healthy.

And showing what her bare face probably looks like is not hate it’s just showing something more close to reality. @@enola-qp6kp just any other girl? Lmao, compare her Getty images to those of any other idol, you’ll see a drastic difference. Even with minimal makeup her skin is poreless and shiny, whereas other idols always get done “dirty” by these photographers. yes I’ve seen her without makeup, as when she was in izone there are several instances where she is bare face and she does not look like that on the thumbnail, that’s a photo of Wonyoung at a fan sign that has been edited to remove makeup, making Wonyoung’s skin much tanner, with visible eyebags and non existent brows, that’s not what she looks like tho. Of course she is human but there’s no need to use fake pictures of her to make the point across.

@@enola-qp6kp I’m not “mad”, I just find it distasteful, because a lot of people hate on Wonyoung simply for her visuals, so I’ve seen how many try to make themselves and others feel better by making it seem like her beauty is solely dependent on makeup, or surgery.
She doesn’t look like anything like this, she may have a yellow undertone as most asians do but it makes her skin glowy, rather than tan like the picture.
And you say she edits her pictures, that’s what every single idol or celebrity does too, but at least, she doesn’t look drastically different from the edited pictures. I mean, just look up videos of her, or Getty images, she looks the same, because there’s nothing to edit really…
