Yes. He's going to 4th exit,so it is right signal. Any exit that is past 12'o clock is treated as a right lane.
So as he's passing the 3rd exit.....about entering the 4th exit,he will signal left,to stay on left lane at 4th exit.

3rd exit was the intention or sat nav direction. Yes signal right at the approach and then left as you come off.

In the 3rd lane, which then has an arrow (road marking) indicating the direction he should be going.
