Quick question, I have noticed in this video and in others that some learners don’t do close to the speed limit on their test, specifically at 10:30 when the learner is doing way less than 30mph, wouldn’t that result to a fail?

I’m confused. At 25:50, why is it considered a fault to respond to the signal? The car had already crossed the line when the light turned yellow. There were still 3 seconds remaining, so shouldn't it be allowed to proceed?
