I have been using these for years but only ever from ebay and that they came to around 85 cents each so thanks for doing the homework, this is a much better deal and Amazon way more convenient, I ordered some w the link. I also like the protectors because they give structure to standing everything up/everything is squared off and you can horizontal stack on top when you need to w/o damaging

I have a question for you if you might have advice for. Are there any good protectors you would recommend for big box sets such as Shout Factory's original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the complete series box set released in 2012? It has the DVD cases housed inside a hard foil outer box that's very nice looking and very nice quality that I'd love to put into a protector to preserve the quality over time, but I could never find the right size for it online when I searched for one. I actually had to buy a second set because my first one succumbed to moisture damage from frequent handling (I & my nephews watched this show together many times) & of course the GA humidity does no favors. The company that manufactured the box set is no longer in business so this particular set won't be made again. As you can imagine I definitely want to get it into a protector if there is one sized for it. (size is 7.5" height x 3.5" width [spine] x 5.5" depth). I never could find anything. I might have to box it up in a cardboard box until I can.
Thanks for the video. I'm going to definitely get some of these. I have hundreds of slipcovers and a growing collection of steelbooks to protect and these will do it for a good price.

Gonna try these out. I have some Malko and they don’t fit steelbooks with slipcases like The Crow.
👍As I explained in this video you have to go very slow putting it on The Crow 4K💿 SteelBook with plastic slipcover & it’s a nice & tight fit with the j-card & SteelBook included, but if you use a flat desk & push down on the plastic slipcover into the protector case using the desk the. once it’s on it looks beautiful & I loved the look of it once it’s on as I showed for The Crow 4K💿 inside this video!!👌
Going to do exactly that when i get the ones you recommended. I did get The Crow into the Malko but the Slipcover was wavy, so I just took it out.
@@jessegarcia6909 🤟Yah I get exactly what your saying because when I used the Malko ones I couldn’t get The Crow Limited Edition SteelBook even into the protectors at all & these exact ones i showed in this video are just ever so slightly bigger & once I got the crow into it it only had a slight wave & I can slip the SteelBook out easily but the slipcover stays & keeps it safe!! I have been loving these protectors & just ordered more myself to put everything I own into them LOL!!🤣 I’m crazy🤪 addicted to collecting Steelbooks now & putting them into these protectors 😂🤪😜

I started using these ones a few weeks ago. Bought 1 pack to try. And then ordered more for all my steelbooks.
Great idea for a video. Do know if there are protectors for deluxe issues such as Drive second sight limited edtion box set? Also, the Underworld collection box. I would love to house the Underworld set it in a proctector sleeve including the j card.

You can order protectors with exact measurements and they’ll create them to your specifications. I use them for boxsets with unique dimensions.

I’ll definitely be looking at this deal for those releases with standard sizes. For those releases with unique dimensions, I’d definitely recommend Katana Collectibles. They made a perfect fit for my Twilight Zone Complete Original Series, 60th Anniversary Edition from the UK which is cubed shaped.

If you have dozens of steelbooks, that deal does sound good. But, if like me, you don’t have any more than 20 steelbooks, having 96 protectors sitting around unused is a waste of money, not a deal.

I have these exact protectors and I don’t know how you got The Crow to fit. It’s a VERY tight squeeze.

You all must be better collectors than me. I'm not that worried about protecting my cases. It's not like i have kids banging on them. I'm also not buying any $300 collector items. I buy all mine retail.
Nothing have to do with kids, I do too buy on sale as well sometimes as new, but only is a matter of preservation. ❤ Remember that collecting is not about expensiveness, is about what you like to buy everlasting. Yes, there are expensive collections like always but keep it personal. Enjoy the hobby.

I always throw away all my slipcovers
You could cash in on them. Collectors, including myself, will buy the ones we need. I paid as high as 17 bucks for rare slipcovers and usually between 5-10 bucks for the others I needed. You don't have to sell yours if you don't want to, but it's just a suggestion.

You can measure your boxset out for instance and provide them the measurements and they will make it to your specifications perfectly.
