A company made a kit for a gen 1 zx10r and I want to get one, but I think they’re discontinued.. 😢 was going to boost my zx14 too, but... no need. That thing is too damn fast already (my set up) but having boost for my 10 would make it a perfect machine in my eyes.🙌🏼
You needed a drone floating about halfway down to get footage approaching and then footage retreating to finish line.

Interesting. I turbo kitted my MT09. It’s a lot of fun. Good stuff.

Not yet. 😅. Been very reliable so far, famous last words. 12k Kim’s and no probs. Will keep doing those oil changes though.
I supercharged one and it threw a rod at 150hp. Maybe a freak failure but the parts are like eggshells, they look week.
Hmm not heard about that issue anywhere else. It’s only boosted to 8 psi but that’s enough! More than that needs rods yep. It’s a light bike at probably 30 kilos lighter than this Honda. Some guys are getting sub 9 qtr mile times with this kit etc. I don’t thrash mine but nice when you want to use the power. So far so good.

It looks like it but it's impossible to tell on this video. No idea why they released it when you can't see the comparison.
Watch 44 teeth version, the V4S completely destroys the Honda just after the start and is nearly out of sight at the finish line.

How does the engine braking work, if you click down through the gears too rapidly will it spit you over bars?
No different to stock. The blower doesn’t make any difference

For anyone that is any doubt about the outcome of this race, the V4S won easily. You can watch the same race in full on the 44 teeth channel. Respect to the old Honda all the same but don’t try to make out to people that it beat that V4S, it wasn’t even close.
Waiting for that Rocket 3 kit! I really need 300+ hp. 😁

Has the CB1000R motor had any other mods? Such as lowering the compression ratio so the pistons don't melt.

How do you explain the current owner of this cb1000r getting it dyno'd somewhere else and it only showing 190hp?

Yer I'd be interested in super charging my 2004 zx10r instead of getting a newer R1. Would it make over 200hp at the wheel 🤔
@@mrgreen9388 it can, but the stock parts won't be able to handle that kind of power, u need a forged piston,rings, new rods and cams, all coated with wpc and dlc for crown and rings

@@TTSPerformance the bike of mine that I would want supercharging is a Honda CBR500R, it's perfect to me. I have a had a full license for three years, test rode a Super Blackbird last year and didn't like the riding dynamics as much as my cbr. Used to own a Z650. My girlfriend has a Hornet 600 with 105bhp, which I rode for the first time with her as pillion two years ago and thought that it felt like a decent amount of power for me. Blackbird was difficult to keep at thirty, nevermind finding thirty on the analogue speedo with it being so small haha
Go to Moore Mafia and watch a few vids to see how they drag, quite interesting

Would have thought the aerodynamics of the Ducati made up for the HP difference at speed. I was wrong.
torque is acceleration and the Honda has 50% more.

From 100 hp of the 660 to 180 of the 1100 it's a very big gap...something around 120-130 true hp with the increasing torque curve of the supercharger would be perfect!

@@giovanniquargentan6198 sicuramente la 1100 moto eccezionale però davvero mi piacerebbe vedere una via di mezzo come cavalli, alla fine le uniche moto di produzione con compressore per adesso sono quelle di kawasaki però puntano troppo a prestazioni/peso esagerati mentre vorrei davvero vedere questi compressori su medie cilindrate per avere potenza peso ridotto e un erogazione della madonna

Nice set up. Do you have plan to supercharge KTM 1290 either Super adventure or SDR in the future? It could be pretty interesting bike
we've looked at these KTM's and they are so compact there is little chance of fitting a supercharger unfortunately, sorry.
We can only take your word for it, since we saw nothing ;-)

@@stephenmcqueen4029 nothing to do with aero. Gearing on the CB runs out at about 155, I speak from experience 👍

Got a honda like that.need a supercharger.problem is i stay in south africa and with our stupid money it's totaly too expensive to import a supercharger for my bike.been riding bikes for 46 years.

Son inteligentes compresor en moto mejor que turbo mas lineal desde el cigueñal progresiva con turbo desde escape en coche bien en moto igual que en drift o se te queda muerta o sales disparado.

Rotrex superchargers don’t over heat. The kit is intercooled. Temps stay at 35 deg C max. Everyday ride. Perfect.
Looked like the ducati gapped the CBR...
