    Another name for gulla is studnetz or headcheese. We make it all the time. You need joint bones...like pork hocks or chicken feet,cook with water just to cover , Redmond real salt garlic in instant pot for 45 minutes then add a head ogmf garlic. Pour into glass cake pan & cool on counter then put in fridge overnight to set fully.

    Yet, I hear elsewhere that saturated fat is unhealthy and seed oils are the good guys!?
