LOL in the end I thought the exact same thing when looking back at the ingredients and was like "wait, this is basically just a bunch of cheese?". Sorta on the fence but if you like it let me know!

What you could also do is add a thickener to the cottage cheese, like guar gum so it doesn’t get as watery. Would be interested to see how that’d work out.
Favorite toppings - there's a Greek place here called ABC Pizza, and when we first moved to Florida and tried their food, they suggested a pizza with gyro meat and eggplant. It sounded weird, but immediately became a family favorite

I like a three-cheese pizza. There is an Italian restaurant in Plainville, Ct. called Pagliacci's, that served dinner for the production staff at ESPN, where I worked in the 1990s, on Saturday nights because it was so busy some staff got no lunch break. They'd bring in a wide array of gourmet pizzas with interesting toppings, but the one I fell in love with was something they called "Wisconsin Pride" --- Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Ricotta. Let me tell you, if you want to get daring, put some ricotta on your pizza, or replace the cottage cheese for ricotta in this one. The macros will be different but it's worth the experiment.
Looks great! My favorite pizza topping is a combination of bacon, caramelized onions, gorgonzola and some sort of fruit (pear is great, but pinapple works too). Probably an abomination to Italians, but absolutely delicious😄

Have you tried ricotta instead of cottage cheese? Way less liquid.

Cottage cheese has some too, but much less than the sauce.
How do you keep it from curdling when heating? I always have this problem with hot cottage cheese recipes and it’s kinda gross.
