I love the idea of a grated apple! The nutrition calculations come from a tool that's connected to my blog - but you can always use something like My Fitness Pal or My Macros if you are looking for an app to use.

Oats are not low carb and the fiber ratio is low; however, for people with no metabolic issues like Diabetes it might be OK. I will substitute, any suggestions?
What I can tell you from years of trying to use every single trick to build muscle, including perfect nutrition timing and protein spread throughout the day is that it really makes no difference. You really shouldn't think about it too much, just hit your protein goal for the day and eat 3 or more protein meals and you are pretty much maximising muscle growth potential
I got this recipe from Lisa from the Real Housewives of Miami. They’re so good. It’s good to let the batter sit for 10 minutes before you make the pancakes. That was part of the recipe given to me. I use whole eggs. I have a question. When you guy the Good Culture, doesn’t cooking the pancake kill the active cultures?

Hello. I discovered one of your videos while researching clean eating. I'll also be 47 in January and nearly 5 years ago I had the gastric sleeve surgery which, didn't work in the long term for me. Along my journey I have discovered I feel better when I eat healthier foods. With my weight problem and my aging I'm getting really concerned about my future (example: my knees hurt and I have low energy), hence my researching. I don't want another diet. I'd like to simply eat better foods for my body. And live a longer healthier life. Anyhoo, any advice on where to start would be appreciated. I will continue to go through your videos. Thank you.

I don’t know why, but they stick to my pan no matter what I do. So, I just spread this mixture on parchment paper and in my air fryer for 8 minutes at 350. Cut them into bars, it’s great!
Those will definitely work as savory as well, and cooked as waffles. One thing, a cup of rolled oats is closer to a 100g, not 80g. My god i hate this american volumetric system so much.

Yeah like I said, I really hope one day Americans will drop the damn volumetric system for cooking. Here I guess the difference will not be that huge, but with something like flax seed meal or coconut flour even couple grams can make A HUGE difference in outcome.
