    I will be 59 and so Im in the same journey, I have lost 17 pounds in 3 months eating healthy lifting weights with doing some cardio. Im changing my attitude of jwhen Im old I will be fat who cares , but to the one I want to be as healthy as I can be! in my older stages of life!     ❤ your videos, clear details ❗️ I will give this a try tomorrow. As for the non stick pan, I personally prefer cast iron or a non stick ( the coating on those pans are not really good for our health.

    Hi Dani. The recipe says "1 serving" but it looks like this is making A LOT of pancakes that one wouldn't eat in 1 seating. How many servings are there total for total recipe? thanks!

      This recipe makes two servings. Depending how big you make the pancakes will determine how many you get - I made one serving this morning and got 8 panckes!

    For me no matter how low of heat I start with, the insides of these pancakes turn out a bit undercooked but the outsides are fine. Any idea why?

    I love this for my toddler and me. I usually add yogurt but this time I will use cottage cheese to increase our protein intake. I also add grated apple or yogurt.

      I love the idea of a grated apple! The nutrition calculations come from a tool that's connected to my blog - but you can always use something like My Fitness Pal or My Macros if you are looking for an app to use.

    Oats are not low carb and the fiber ratio is low; however, for people with no metabolic issues like Diabetes it might be OK. I will substitute, any suggestions?

      What I can tell you from years of trying to use every single trick to build muscle, including perfect nutrition timing and protein spread throughout the day is that it really makes no difference.
      You really shouldn't think about it too much, just hit your protein goal for the day and eat 3 or more protein meals and you are pretty much maximising muscle growth potential

    I got this recipe from Lisa from the Real Housewives of Miami. They’re so good. It’s good to let the batter sit for 10 minutes before you make the pancakes. That was part of the recipe given to me. I use whole eggs.
    I have a question. When you guy the Good Culture, doesn’t cooking the pancake kill the active cultures?

    Love, love, loooove this! I’m very familiar with healthy and high protein recipes, as that’s totally my lifestyle. Looking forward to trying this out! Cottage cheese is such a versatile ingredient. How would you recommend reheating in the toaster oven and microwave - like how much time/temp? 😅

    Hello. I discovered one of your videos while researching clean eating. I'll also be 47 in January and nearly 5 years ago I had the gastric sleeve surgery which, didn't work in the long term for me. Along my journey I have discovered I feel better when I eat healthier foods. With my weight problem and my aging I'm getting really concerned about my future (example: my knees hurt and I have low energy), hence my researching. I don't want another diet. I'd like to simply eat better foods for my body. And live a longer healthier life. Anyhoo, any advice on where to start would be appreciated. I will continue to go through your videos. Thank you.

    Thanks for this! I love that you are not using protein powder! I have similar goals! I am looking to get about 100 grams of protein per day. My aim is to get about 30 grams of protein per meal, so this is perfect! Also, I saw your turkey butternut chili is 42 grams of protein per serving and looks delicious! I am going to try that this week! :)

    I don’t know why, but they stick to my pan no matter what I do. So, I just spread this mixture on parchment paper and in my air fryer for 8 minutes at 350. Cut them into bars, it’s great!

    Those will definitely work as savory as well, and cooked as waffles. One thing, a cup of rolled oats is closer to a 100g, not 80g. My god i hate this american volumetric system so much.

      Thanks for this tip! Also - I should note, that I did measure the oats to 80 grams - so perhaps I should say 1 scant cup!

      @@CleanandDeliciousDani eh this also depends of how your oats were cut I guess. For Jumbo ones it's something like 90-95g. Yeah like I said, I really hope one day Americans will drop the damn volumetric system for cooking.
      Here I guess the difference will not be that huge, but with something like flax seed meal or coconut flour even couple grams can make A HUGE difference in outcome.
