Thanks for this recipe. I’ve made it 4-5 times, each time with more ingredients. I’ve added bell peppers, pepperoncinis, and roasted red peppers, and have made it with both ground beef and ground turkey. The portions work well for me in thirds (tried fourths but they were just a little small). Thanks for the great content! Cheers.
1:03 - if you're going to add mushrooms, I'd recommend throwing those into the pan first and cooking the water out of them before starting on the protein and aromatics. Mushrooms would be an excellent addition to this!
Have you every tried the freeze dried mushrooms? I've seen a few posts & I'm intrigued about their pricing & shelf life. I had no idea that many chefs use them.
Woah, this was on my meal plan for this week. I purchased the coleslaw packet and i alwais have ground turkey on hand. Now I have the recipe! Perfect. Now I have to find a way to add some cottage cheese as a sauce lol
this would go great in a big tortilla wrap as well where some of us dont have the convenience to meal-prep in tupperware containers. (dishes). also, chopped peanuts would be fantastic in this! trust me. very Thai-like
Chef, this is a go-to recipe for us. Love it just the way you make it, but if have it in the house, love some fresh ginger or a squeeze of jarred ginger.
This would be amazing as a filling for spring rolls. Rice paper won't add too many carbs, especially if you've gone low carb all day and have this for dinner!
I am making this on Sunday this weekend for sure! I'll do the wrap I think to make it more filling for me. I would guess the eggs weigh about 110 grams
looks nice, tho for some ingredients, I'm not sure where I could get them in my area.. ground ginger for instance I've never seen so far. anyways, I think the eggs are 46 grams
@@CaptainMumpitz You are right!! But no ginger in Switzerland? I'll send you some from Boston. My cousin lived there for 25 years & I enjoyed hearing about the lifestyle.
Ok, I tried this recipe, I doubled it up but the spices I had to do 10x the amount. You look white but don't follow the stereotype my dude. Spice is the spice of life! Lol also the ground ginger I could barely taste, but the ginger paste hit the spot! I had to add extra salt more over the half cup or so of soy sauce I put in. Also, i have a gas stove and usually that runs hotter than other types of stoves. Well i had it on low and it took forever so i just put it back on medium and my veggies were still too crispy for me after being on the stove for a while!

Love the easy to follow short videos and the webside is great too! I'm guessing the boiled eggs is 182 grams!
Thank you!
Oyster sauce is my go to. Love deconstructed meals like this where you can get the flavor without having to deep fry.
You could use the air fryer as well! 😊
This looks great! I’m going too add some wonton strips to mine :)
Great idea!
I mean who doesn't love egg rollingtons????
Mr king of the healthy chefs in the house!!
I'm new here & love this recipe! I buy the cole slaw for a lot of meals & a side salad with ACV.
Add the onion first. Then a few minutes later the garlic. Garlic burns way faster.
Yumm!!
Love your cat too! BTW.

Been making this for years but always with 120g of cooked rice in each serving. It’s amazing
That looks fantastic! I see an egg roll bowl with some duck sauce in my future.
I'm using ground snakes
I know what I’m meal prepping next week now.
Hope you like it!
I'm a volume eater and I love egg roll in a bowl!

My 85 year old mother makes this quite often.
I have my own spin on this but yours looks great! My guess is 137g.
Yes!
Oh man. Used a coleslaw mix here! One step closer! 😂😂😂 108 grams!
I use bag coleslaw mix for stir-fry and soups all the time. It's just easier.
HAHAHA! One step at a time!!!
When you say 55g of protein, you mean for the entire thing right? And not per servin?
Per Serving - it makes 2
If you add some water/broth and ramen type noodles it makes eggroll noodles!
Love ❤❤❤❤❤
Looks awesome filling my online shop basket now! Do you think you could make 3 or 4 days worth?
Absolutely
Where are all those carbs coming from, even without the sauce? The Carrots?
Oh man Chef, I just tried to bite my monitor! Time to hit the grocery store. Thanks for the recipe!
Does this freeze alright?
It does. Even with some ramen noods added in for volume.
The keto community used to call this crackslaw. It's simple and crazy delicious.
Love the kitty got some screen time again 😻 What’s his/her name?
Svetlana/Lana
This might just give me the push to start adding hard-boiled/soft-boiled eggs to the menu.
You also just drop the eggs in & cook them.
102 grams. I will definitely be trying this one.
Looks great! I’m guessing 100 grams of egg??? ❤
I find your lack of cottage cheese disturbing…
Jks, looks good!
Where is the egg in the recipe?
You can add chopped hardboiled eggs in the mix
Btw, eggroll doesn’t have eggs in it
Oof gotta try this. 90g is my guess

You'll find ground ginger in the spice section of your local grocery store.
@@vivianfox9936 you would think so, but no. not where I live. never seen that, ever
@@CaptainMumpitz check target or Walmart or order online.
@@MyOver50 it may surprise you, but there's billions of people actually NOT living in North America, where there's neither Target nor Walmart ;)
