This is the sign that we never had true government from 94 but time has come to remove the cANCer,with the 29 May 2024 and the majority must vote Smarts so that we're not getting the same or worse thugs leader's but ethical and moral leadership for RSA.

It bothers me that when you started this conversation,it was said the person who does logistics for the defence force, confirmed that she got money for allowing this company to work with the defence force. It's sad to hear a Defence Minister are involve in fraud and bride. This Office is the most important office in the Land! She works side by side with the president! She has to protect our country! My mind went back to the July unrest!!! Where she did not want to send the defence force to intervene! Whilst the nation cried out for assistance! She speaks about soldiers are fighting in Mozambique! Whilst South Africa came first!!! Something was wrong!!! Now I understand!! It's so,so sad!!!

It's interesting the timing of this matter, we saw a similar scenario in Zambia. We all got pretty excited about the high-profile arrests only to learn later it was a laundering exercise as they were charged in a manner they were hedged against double jeopardy while others handed back a third or less of their wealth with an armour-clad agreement against future prosecution. And all this was months before elections and the party losing power.

This to me says you can invite Zuma , Cyril , Julius, Hlabisa and ask them if it will be ever possible for them to create one South Africa that benefit every South African.
-This goes without saying that they must agree on one political ideology that will serve the entire nation. There should be no difference between rural life and city life in terms of economic development.
      - are they aware that as long as there is opposition party , it means even if the ruling party may be 100% correct but the opposition party will not accept it and by so doing the deliveries will be poor or delays.
      - is coalition as opposed to one party state not good , if so how ? Each minister will always deliver to outpoint other ministers of other parties. All will be working to serve .
      - capitalism, socialism, communism , we agree each one has prons and cons but if they don't think of certain small groups that will control the wealthy of the country because it promotes unnecessary animosities , crimes, and jails full to their capacity and a lot of money is waisted feeding killers and building more jails than educational institutions.
-England is a monarchy state , can we compare our country with Her . Is that kind of ruling the country good if not why , bad if not why ?
      - people are killed in numbers is South Africa even if it is not a war but in country like Qatar , etc that is minimal if it is not happening.
      - drugs and alcohol abuse are never entertained in their country because they have their own system of controlling it or never have it at all. Is it not a better solution .
      - from the 16 points of activism by Gaddafi of Lybia , can't they see what Gaddafi did to make their oil benefit their citizen. ( Allow me to post them for public consumption)
      - Africa and South Africa, our country have minerals, gold , Silver , coal etc why do we transport it to USA for purification and turn it into pure gold and sell it back to us? , ls it because we do not have experts to make those firms eg Geologists and mineral experts who can make it possible that everything is done here in South Africa. Do you think what our country will look like.
      - we are very sure no one will talk about unemployment, homelessness, quality education , all people will enjoy better life style.
      - whether is a monarchy state or what but lifestyle for every one will be the best.
      - the combination of the four political parties in the form of coalition , that will benefit South Africa
      - It is so sad about what happened with Mrs Siviyo Nqakula . She was unfortunately matched with a man who turned against her and there are many of those people.
I know Doc , you can review what l said and engage them for the sake of people of South Africa as beneficiaries of this country.
I will come next time with Ammor Gadaffi 16 points of activism.
      A worried citizen

Size even if Nosiviwe is exonorated or not by court, considering the numbers of anc members who are implicated in corrupt activities it is quiete clear that Mapisa Nqakula is the victim of faction that support Ramaphosa and said it very well when you refer to what happened in July unrest in Kzn where she had differences with the President. Yes if committed crimes as alluded to she must face the law but the question that remained to be answered is what happened to those anc members who implicated in the State capture commission. We will watch this case very closely.

This is a very interesting case to say the very least, however I wonder if she’ll actually go to jail and get punished accordingly. I mean time and time again we see crooks roaming the streets even though it is known that they are corrupt and indeed had their hands in the till. Just look at Ace Magashule, Cyril Ramaphosa, Edwin Sodi, Jacob Zuma, Paul Mashatile… the list is endless. Until these “big fish” are in jail I have no faith in our justice system. The politically connected are generally if not all the time never punished.

About Her withholding evidence about Phala Phala it's inappropriate, inadequate, Unfair, unconstitutional, she need to be very honest the word's will slip out ,this giving herself up already shown guilty no need to ask guilty or no not she already give herself up to the police, eat that means, she is withholding more information holistically

ALL should go to prison. Only one arrested out of the hundreds of others? And facing trial whilst holding office is nothing new in RSA. They walk free.

Malema once said that the current head of state is known for using people and discarding them after use. It certainly looks like Mapisa has been discarded after use…

The case is an ideal case study for academic purposes. But as we all should know, in South Africa, it will be turned into political football. The outcome will depend upon what the establishment desires. Not what the law says.

Bearing in mind that all (or most if I must) of them in the ANC has committed serious crimes, including Mapisa-Nqakula, I'll contend that she was thrown under the bus for two reasons: she's collateral damage in an ANC factional battle and a scapegoat for election fodder, for the ANC to appear to be doing a belated something about corruption. Julius Malema has informants in ANC structures and the fact that he made a prediction about her fate should be an indication that the issue of Mapisa-Nqakula was discussed behind closed ANC doors. It would be interesting to see a properly researched article about how Malema's 'predictions' about internal ANC matters tend to come true, not because he can see the future, but because he has inside information. Might I add, I suspect that this is also the mechanism whereby VBS managers had to pay the EFF leadership extortion money to keep quiet about that ANC/VBS racket with municipal money.

Our citizens never get such a treatment or processes. Once a person gets suspected for a criminal activity, he gets arrested immediately , why with Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula such processes are being applied ? So, citizens are not being treated the same by the Law ? WRONG !
