FIXED - GE Garbage Disposer (a.k.a disposal or Disposall) leaks due to incorrect installation!

If your garbage disposer (some call it a disposal or a Disposall, latter is a GE trademark) leaks, it might be due to incorrect installation as opposed to a defective product. I had a leak in brand new construction and discovered the drain tube gasket was incorrectly installed on GFC720N (similar to GFC1020N and many other smaller GE Disposalls). The rubber gasket was in the wrong place!
