We all feel anger at some point. Anger is emotional energy that is neither good nor bad. However, if you hold onto anger and let it consume you, it can create destructive results.
Angry episodes can cause you to lash out at loved ones and say hurtful things you don't mean. Suppressing your anger is not a solution and can have dire consequences on your physical and mental health. Therefore, we all need to learn how to control anger and find a healthy outlet.
Studies have shown that meditation can help reduce your body's response to anger and frustration by releasing stress, increasing awareness, and generally evoke relaxation.

What if there are dozens of situations coming to my mind as well as several faces, including my own? How do I cut the cord with myself?
Try to avoid working on everything at the same time. Do it one by one. Dedicate every day to work on a different situation.
This really helped settle me during work. Especially when you spoke about the anger coming from a situation where I was unsafe. I felt a lot of forgiveness for myself.
