I am from India, most of the colleges here are a joke, there has been multiple occasions where I lost confidence in my teachers. I always kinda knew that most of the people around me either bribed their way to that position or faked thier qualification, I mean they were not even able to do basic tasks, totally incompetent and it pissed me off. I entered college with big dreams and thought that finally I get to learn what I always wanted. In the first lecture of the week the professor teaching us was solving an equation, the guy was completely clueless and didn't know what he was doing and at one point divided zero by zero and wrote 1 as the answer. My world was shattered that day, I wasted all my money for this. We reported that teacher to the chairman of the college and no action was taken. And I realised that college are not some holy church of knowledge but a buisness, they always find ways to extort money and don't care about the education. So, I dipped out of that bullshitery and decided to self-study from online classes.
I went to the 4th best university in the uk and found out that the lecturer wasnt marking work fairly between students. I complained about the lecturer and provided evidence but nothing was done about it. If corruption is happening at a top university then the whole system is about money.

What’s infuriating about this is how it cheapens quality degrees from these countries that were earned. I always thought Western countries not recognizing those degrees was about standardization, but I didn’t realize that this was partially due to people having fake degrees. I know so many people whose parents (doctors, lawyers, engineers etc.) had real degrees and had to re-enter school in a new country and foreign language because of this.
Let me put you into perspective the difference between a true degree holder and the "cheap" ones. My brother's boss had a blood vessel burst in his brain. Doctors diagnosed he will be disabled from the neck down for the rest of his life. His two sons are doctors in Ireland. They both took over the case and directed the treatment over the phone as they travel back to our homeland and proceeded to personally care for their father. He is now a healthy man without any disability at all. Though now he never work overtime anymore. Life is too precious to waste on just work. Imagine what paradise we all could live in if everyone are true professional. How many lives could have been saved... people need not be widowed, orphaned or see their children die before their parents. Greed made human worse than animals.

That changed the way you speak on certain topics, when there's somebody who came in without having a sense of what you're saying its quite tiring explaining shit just to get any job started.
I'm about four years late on this, but this corruption still exists and it's endemic to most of the developing or recently developed world. You should continue pushing into this kind of content. These practices and this kind of thing, sadly, is not shocking to anyone who live in these types of places. I work in a lot of countries, and the world is simply not fair. As a person in business, you can either play by these rules, or fail. It's sad and disheartening, but it is the truth. This makes so much sense. All the doctors in my medical clinic seemed to lack a lot of general medical knowledge. One day I come in with a sliced hand and the doctor fainted when she saw the blood. They sent me to another clinic as no one there knew how to do stitching. Ever since that day it has been bugging me that maybe they aren't actually qualified.
I cant believe this, or perhaps rather its very hard for me to believe this, that such people really exist, at least in a western first world country. How can you fake being a doctor every day? You have no idea what you should do most of the time or you probaply hurt and even not rarely kill someone. I couldnt do it for even just one hour, i would be exposed immediately. How can they stay in a clinic without being exposed immediately? Let alone for weeks, months or even years. Every nurse should be able to see immediately that there is a charlatan at work. I don't want to say that this doesn't exist, but that such a hoax can really work is simply incomprehensible to me and really hard to believe!
I was a med student in Indonesia (dropped out because apparently according to them, I'm not even registered). Trust me, in my whole 4 years there, there were some students who cannot even handle blood or hold a damn syringe because they were afraid of it. Even in anatomy class, only a handful of people actually ever hold scalpel and do things inside.
@@JonesP77 In the United States, you need a license to practice medicine. Having a doctoral degree is not enough. In order to get a license, you need to pass an exam for the state you will be practicing medicine in. Each state requires separate licensing. And the license must be renewed every few years and doctors have to get continuing education. So it is EXTREMELY difficult to fake being a doctor in a hospital.

I know so many people whose parents (doctors, lawyers, engineers etc.) had real degrees and had to re-enter school in a new country and foreign language because of this.
My Dad had to basically redo his medical training. He was in his 40's.

@Маник N Cyrillic script? Why write your name in Cyrillic script?
Sabing this
why did you mention china?
Yeah, who gives a fuck they want better life? There is no limit to "better life".
It's kinda scary to think that there are doctors and pilot who are not qualified just going about pretending to be legit.
You can't make it to pilot or doctor with just a degree, you need the practical time and that you can't fake.

I guess now things have changed. Employers started hiring 3rd party companies to check the legitimacy of the degrees.Yep, 2 people at my workplace were fired after identifying their PhDs were fake.

Yes ikr, he's splitting facts
Yes I bet you worked in the UAE with a fake HVAC diploma .
I have family who worked in Abu Dhabi for almost 10 years and for a short while people from UK, Canada and Australia (IE: British commonwealth nations) were hired with no due diligence and somehow the word got out. Whereas Germans, Dutch, Americans and Scandinavians had background checks and were legit or they didn't get the job.
@Roger Bodger ABSOLUTELY!
Yeah when u fake many degrees and want to work when people refuse you’ll call a whole continent racist and what not
In my country bangladesh it is very normal. People from outside country think this countres are improving in literacy but they have no idea about reality. For 1000 dollar you can get certificate from best universities in my country.
And you get the Question paper, the night before the exam on to your phone or on whats app 😂
@Altair absolutely
Altair Yup. I once met a web developer who was Indian and he couldn’t even answer my basic questions. He didn’t even know how Facebook profited from advertising and cookies. I was in middle school at the time and he was a “college graduate”.
@@angelgjr1999 I'm Indian and believe me most of those dumb shits might actually have attended a college but the engineering colleges in India are very bad. They just hand out degrees to everyone and don't care if they learnt anything or not.

I live in Canada and I always questions why they dont allow these people with foreign credentials to get jobs in their respective fields right away.This guy here just answered it all. Wow
Not all foreigners have fake degrees...people coming from France, Spain, Russia or Brazil are very competent...
@Jay Cesar Soviets* but that's irrelevant. there's corruption over there when it comes to earning degrees. you have people bribe instructors over there to get an A on their paper.
@Jay Cesar Don't get me wrong Russia is advanced in many fields. I didn't say it's incompetent. I don't know why you limit intelligence to the moon landing. Russia is so huge yet they have an economy compared to a small European country. China on the other invested a lot in building infrastructures from trains to telecommunication to seaports and roads. look at their presence in Africa for example and Megaprojects associated with Silk Road.
@Mia Russia is going to the moon? What are you doing
@Mia
There’s a mentality in Russia, that you
are stupid, if you’re being too honest.
This is a fact, not generalization. ✌️
interesting to see this in light of recent events.

But i do have to say even in the usa you dont always stay alive after you spill the tea of people in the higher ups !
they don't, but at least the US has witness protection program.

Edit CHICK not chicken. This girl is not American she can say whatever she wants about us

@@rajgill7576 Shes saying even the US is corrupt, and people higher than the old boys network who brought you in will take you right back out with concrete shoes sometimes if you open your mouth and want to do the right thing etc...Its a loose loose for most people, especially if they have family they love, a mortgage to pay etc...But that said, higher ups gonna need a doctor and these essential services as well at some stage, so, there will always be someone who will stand up in these types of situations. This should reinforce the fact that billionares obsession with importing workers on H1B visas isn't about hiring the most qualified people, it's about having indentured servants who cant quit without being deported.
