Did it a week ago, you can just remove the top part of the hot pipe, no need to fully remove it. For the shitty top bolt you need your left arm really coming across the top, though the hot pipe connection (now clear). The right hand should come across a gap in the wheel base so you can just reach the bolt and tighten it up with a socket and a small extension
If its dumping at low rpms, then the spring might be too soft. Try twisting it toward "harder". Some surge at low rpms isnt going to do anything. But if you tighten it too much and get surge at full boost, then you can do some damage over time to the turbine.

Just need to put some threadblocker on the two parts with screw into the black plate. Got it from the actual PDF manual.

I’ve got the exact same Bov but mine don’t make the turbo flutter sound just a dump sounds. Any ideas why this is ?
Maybe try and adjust it mate as u can turn it to different settings but mine come pre set to the best setting
