  • A 2" leveling system doesn't sound like a lot, but sometimes it's just the thing you need if you want to preserve your 2017 Super Duty's OE look while maintaining ride quality and handling. The subtle 2" of lift is achieved through two lower coil spacers and supported by your choice of high-performance shocks. The spacers are machined from solid 6061 aluminum to level out your truck's stance with strength and dependability.

I went with the same kit on my 18 . Left about a 1" rake to allow for if you haul anything. Even if you are empty you can't even tell the 1" difference. Thought about the 2 1/2" kit but when you haul anything you get a slight sag. Very slight but to much to be noticed I felt. Threw on the BD adjustable track bar and the upgraded fox front steering stabilizer. Super pleased with the outcome !

Interesting design. The opposite of the readylift design. BDS puts the spacer at the bottom and readylift puts it at the top. I have to think about this one. Less torsional stress on the spring when it’s supported from the bottom is my best guess? The compressive forces are negligible top or bottom. Not sure?

If I have a ready lift leveling kit already installed can I swap the stock shocks for fox, or do I have to install this whole kit?

I am on the fence on getting either this kit or the ready lift 2.5 kit with bilstein shocks and new coil springs instead of just spacers. The ready lift is about $400 more (canadian). Any thoughts on if it's really worth getting entire new springs in terms of ride quality?

We love both kits but a new set of springs really can help improve ride quality.

So technically you could put this with the ReadyLIFT system as well to achieve 4.5” of lift

What do you mean by "Leveling" kit? Isn't it just a 2" lift? It does look good though, most lifts are too much IMO.

Generally, a leveling kit is a type of lift kit that you can install without permanently modifying the frame of your truck.

Also, why doesn't this kit need shock extensions , wouldn't it need more slack?

This kit comes with aftermarket shocks designed for a 2" lift. Both kits were close, by the Ready Lift was a tad taller being a 2.5 inch kit vs 2 inch
