Great videos. Im also in New Mexico, its nice to see someone locally puting out this content. Looking to install a carli suspension on my 22 SD in the near future.
Looks like this video is a couple years old. I’m looking at doing the same to my truck. What’s your review on the difference in handling of the truck? I’ve been watching cjc off-road videos. Pretty sold on it. Just want to make sure before spending the money. I like my truck and I’ve had plenty of heavy duty trucks. But this one rides horribly. Hoping this would solve that
I tried doing this at home and the only way you'd be able to do it is if you have really tall jack stands and I jack that lifts above 2 feet. Not saying it can't be done but with my jack and jack stands I couldn't get enough lift.
What's the point of these leveling kits? The engineers did their design for a reason and it is doubtful owners know more than the engineers!!! What happens when you put a heavy load inthe bed??! Then the front will be too high! So you bought a HD truck so you can haul heavy loads only to install a cosmetic none functional kit so you won't be able to use the truck as it was designed for only to 'look' good!!! Genius!!!

Awesome job! Gonna be putting the carli springs on my 2017 in the morning. Well see how it goes thanks for the helpful tips!
Of course! I hope all goes well
@mcmahansgarage thanks! They went pretty good no complaints
@@mcmahansgaragedid you need a spring compressor to install them??
Mine s next but my broke ass back x 2 won’t let it happen. I’ll pay out the ass but the tech I know is the best suspension guy period. Thanks

Any idea how long the springs are? Trying to figure out how much I need to drop the axel to get them in, thinking of doing an at home instal.
