I love this idea! Have you ever done the 30 day minimalist makeup challenge? Sarah Therese did it awhile back where she chose items for a makeup bag and just used only those for 30 days and it was so cool!
I remember seeing Hannah Louise Poston do something similar too! They feel like extended versions of the "realistic makeup collection" tag, and they're so fun to watch!
Curious to a follow up to this series. The products you actually decided to declutter based on the fantasy declutters. I wouldn’t be surprised if you had a few in each category.

I enjoy declutter videos because I love seeing all of the formulas and colors, but I'm also conflicted about them (how they feed into a cycle of hyperconsumerism etc etc), so this video series has been a happy medium! Can't wait for the blush installment 🤩
This was really fun! I am so excited to get back into my lip collection, and start wearing the couple new ones I've gotten but haven't really worn yet. We're still wearing masks where I live, but hopefully soon!! For months now the only lip product I'm wearing has been the Elf Hydrating Core Lip Shines. They are gorgeous, but also perfect under my mask 👌🏻💜

Nice choices- I was sad about the CT pillow talk. It would be fun to see you do a full face of your least worn makeup. I saw another RUclipsr ChicGeek do this video and you could wear some of your brighter lipsticks.
Pre covid, i rarely wore anything other than lip balm and lip gloss. These days, i only wear balm due to mask life. The description of those Ofra flexi slicks sounds so nice! Theyre tempting, but i know id never wear them.
About the wetnwild violets kiss lipstick. I use mine as rouge and top it with a shimmering pink. It sounds scary but it makes a beautiful color. I don't use my purple lipstick that often alone 😅
I just had to throw out two expired lip products I've barely used! 😫 They smelled off. Now I have 23 lip products but there's no way I can use them all up before more go bad! I've realized I only want to have maybe 10 or less at a time.
i'm so picky with undertones. i usually only wear a lip liner with gloss but every single look needs a lip with a very specific undertone so I find it very hard to declutter (and lip products, especially glosses, are so easy to accumulate).
