This 58 year old loves a matte ish skin tint, like the Fenty Eaze Drops, so this might work for my aging oily combo skin, too. The ELF No Budge shadow pot in Sand Dune with a sparkle topper also works well for me.
Really appreciate this video - it’s rare to see folks in this space going back to products and describing in such detail how your thoughts have changed.
ok- you convinced me to try that matte skin tint that I had zero interest in bc I thought it was going to be like most others and exactly opposite of what you described lol thank you :)
Love this video!! Always give makeup more than one chance 😊 also Sarah, you should try the milani make it last setting spray after your UD one is empty, I’m curious how they compare !
This review for the CoverGirl essence skin tint is the only one that has made me think I might try it out. I have combo leaning more oily skin and struggle to enjoy skin tints since all tend to be so dewy
I loved the CoverGirl essence from the first time I tried it, it is my everyday base makeup for work. My skin loves it! I wouldn't call it matte at all, I would say it is a dewy finish on me but I always set with powder. It is so interesting how varied people's experiences are with the same product. It has never clung to dry patches on me and I have a dry skin type but I ALWAYS prep my skin with moisturizer beforehand.
I went through this with my heated lash curler. Now I love it and would not like to be without it. Makes a huge difference! I liked this video idea a lot, thank you!
Great video! Everything you've said is exactly why a product is not working for me I put it away for a while sometimes even a few months untill the season changes. I wait to declutter until I've given a product many chances and try it different ways even sometimes researching other people's ideas on how to use it. I think it's awesome you were able to make milk's blush stick work for you I had that 1 and it was just not the right color for me, and it was too dry. Good job! I learned something that I don't like stick products because my brain continually tells me you should just be able to apply it to your face this way, and I never think to use a brush.
I put my many rituelle de fille cream products into a vueset container- now I’m having much more fun using them! I hated the packaging but love the product, so I’m excited to get a lot more use out of them ❤
I chopped off most of my lashes when I was 15 (before Sarah was born!) with my mother's old busted Revlon lash curler, and I've been afraid to use them ever since! My left eyelashes are straighter than my right, and I do Emily Noel's blinking trick to try to equalize them (lasts a few hours, usually). Maybe one day I'll get over my phobia.
If you haven't tried the Skindinavia bridal setting spray (pink lettering), you should give it a go! I believe Skindinavia owns Urban Decay? Or are made in the same lab? and have very similar if not the same ingredients and Skindinavia is cheaper. I like it more than the Urban Decay.
I still have never tried the dew drops, I may have to now 😊 for blush sticks, I love to apply them on the back of my hand and then go in with a brush, I find that’s the easiest way for me to make sure my brush is coated evenly 😊
I have used the CG foundations several times. It just isn’t for me. No matter what I did, it clung to dry patches, which isn’t something I usually have an issue with, including the Chanel version. Idk what it is.
Yes part 3!!! And Kelly more makeup musings. Why don't you start throwing more fashion videos? I would love to see some on transitioning from summer to fall
The before and after of the lash curling should convert everyone to using one! It’s a necessary step for sure!! Love your channels Sarah! Hope you,Nathan and the cats are all doing well ❤ xoxox Heather Renee
Could you try the lavander shadow as a blush sometime in a grwm? I think it will look gorgous on you! Not super wearable but just ethereal fairy like. I really wanna see it as a blush on you

girl! YOUR EYELASHES LOOK AMAZING
I thought the same thing, I could not stop staring at her eyelashes. They are so beautiful.
Thank you!!
They really do!

I have heard good things about that one!! It's on my wishlist!
I also have veryyyy oily eyelids. Try the ULTA matte eyeshadow primer. It works for me

It would be amazing for oily skin!!

Oh the new background ist fabulous!
Love using up all my makeup and making it work
I have a love/ hate with those elf shadows. I loved them except for the creasing part. I always used them for bases
i have the elf cream shadow in the white shade and it’s a real difference with pastel and light colors!! i love it 🥰
I went through this with my heated lash curler. Now I love it and would not like to be without it. Makes a huge difference!

Ooh which heated curler do you have? How do you make it work? I've got one that I'm on the fence about but I want it to work so much!

Packaging can really make or break a product! I’m glad you found a better way to use it!
This lavender eyeshadow is everything. 💜 you are so gorgeous! 😊
Thank you so much!!

That would be so traumatizing 😩 I’d like to think newer lash curlers will be much less likely to do that!
I'm terrified of the manual ones too, but I use a heated electric one (which doesn't trap them) and I love it. Not scary at all!
I gave up lash curlers too after losing hairs daily for almost zero results 😂 stick to your comfort I'd say

You should try the e.l.f. Stay All Night setting spray. I do feel like it has similar staying power to the Urban Decay :)

I will have to try that!!

The Glow recipe dew drops broke me out so much! 😢
Oh no! 😣
Me too 😢
My facial skin reacted to it, so I used it up on my décolletage (sun damage is real!). I'm glad I only had a Sephora birthday mini.
@@gasparinha I had a mini as well and used it up on the tops of my hands lol
You look adorable in this video ❤
Thank you!🥰
For the watch and the makeup
💙💜💚

I’m worried it might almost be too light, but I’m tempted to try it!
