Getting dizzy watching you so busy in the cockpit and still being in front of the vehicle :) How much does it actually impact on performance and overall combat effectiveness?
Oh, it's wildly distracting! The automatic mode does a pretty decent job most of the time. There are some advantages to be gained in certain aircraft; especially radial engines that like to keep their rads too far open. But more often than not, if the distraction causes you to miss something important (like me about to overspeed) then it is super not worth it.
