When i just got the pop park dlc i randomly got the western revolver off a legendary ghoul. It's effect was doubling its damage if the enemy has 100 health, so after maxing out the pistol perk i had a hand held Fat Man

Anyone Heard of admiral friend the legendary weapon from far harbor it does double the damage if the enemy is full health so if you maxed heavy weapon perk you do 600 damage and if you get a sneak attack you do 1200 damage

I just started another playthrough where I actually decided to rob hancock and kill Fahrenheit, when I went back to goodneighbour he was impressed and decided to be my companion lol
It actually is impressive they managed to make all choices pointless :/

This is why New Vegas remains as the best Fallout
Fallout 3, New vegas and Fallout 4 all do something better than the others. New vegas is still the best but 4 does have the whole gunplay, mods and location thing which is sadly its only strengths

Deliverer is the best pistol in the game, I downloaded a lot of mods and even though I had a pistol I had to carry the deliverer as the sidearm to my sidearm because it’s amazing!
