- Emergency services concerned for Canberrans coping with heatwave without power due to severe storm, Evoenergy expects blackouts will continue well into the day, with more than 700 of the 9,000 people initially impacted yet to have their power restored and temperatures forecast to top 37 degrees Saturday afternoon.
