- Extreme weather brought chaos to Australia again as hailstones the size of golf balls hit the capital Canberra.
The ferocious hailstorm caused significant damage to buildings, homes and cars, with two people being treated for minor injuries.
The storm also brought down trees and caused flash flooding.

I've never believed in any fairy tales, but my aunt( after watching the news about things happening in Australia) was talking about some things like 10 punishments and exodus stuff and sadly it looks true. I mean, First the massive fires, then floods, then huge hailstones and just saw a video of a huge dust storm in Australia. Seriously, WTF..why this anger on Australia? Aussies are good and strong people and they do not deserve such bad situation. I hope the country recover from this ASAP.

Lmao I live here. It lasted about 15-30 minutes and while a lot of vehicle damage occurred, the biggest inconvenience for most people was just sweeping their streets of leaf and branch debris

Buildup on branches and accumulated weight is my guess. It happens with wet snow all the time.
