- I am just kidding of course. Unless you want to. 😄 I feel it beneficial as you have to squeeze harder as the weight increases. The range of motion is also increased. There is however a slight discomfort in the knuckles. 😐😄
Chest & triceps exercises as follows:
1. Knuckles bench press.
2. Gymnast ring flyes.
3. Chest slide (on armwrestling table).
4. Pin paused J.M. press (hole8).
5. Kettlebell tricep kickbacks.
