A Towel For Forearms?🤔

Forearm circuit with no weights. Towel roll ups, gripper squeezes, and gyro ball spins. The gripper used was just a "Sport" from Captians of Crush. The gyro ball is NSD Titan which is metal and just a heavier version of the plastic models. As a contra fan who played this like a hundred times, That's normal. In that stage it usually lags a bit as you noticed. So the slow mo gives it a deep, creepy sound effect.

@@visionquest414 it is tough to say. I use them more for thumb pinching. I am pretty weak there. What fingers will you be targeting with them?

@@rel8716 almost. I have been taking a break from it here recently. The small lifts you can recover pretty quickly from. Axle bar lifts may take a bit longer to recover from.
im really enjoying grip sport your chanel gave me some ideas but not sure if i could train grip everday
@rel8716 it takes time to become accustomed to, but you may be able to. I try to do different grip styles. For example, one day may be a block pinch, then the next some sort of thick handle.
