Thank you. Compaired to some of the other Van offerings in the market its not too far out of line. The Iglhaut Conversion brings it up quite a bit but you can save about $70K off the sticker price going with just the Standard AWD version as your base chassis. This brings the build much closer to similar more traditional RV campers on the sprinter Chassis.
Wow, this is one of the best over landing vehicles I’ve seen in a longtime. I love the size and combined off-road design and capabilities. Absolutely awesome!
Easily the best Sprinter build I have ever seen! I am not really a Sprinter kinda guy, but if it has to be a Sprinter, this would be my choice. Can't beat Deutsche Wertarbeit! My dream would be to put this kind of cabin on a real truck, like a Saurer 6DM. Maybe some day... 🥰
I am an expeditionstruck expert- free journalist in Germany. I can say that this company is one of the top 3 in the world. Please speak about the power of this kind of cabin walls the power to insolate and how it works to keep the cold outside- or heat in summer or the heat inside in winter. One of the super plus in such a cabin is the indoor climate in winter! Because the walls are so good insolated the windows also (no cold bridge and no cold pressure into the window) the inside does not need much heat to create a wunderfull feeling. Off course some like it more cold others need more warms in wintertimes. Its a question of taste. I am a cold war Veteran and I love warm in the cabin but not overheating. Overheating is not healthy thats a fact. Humidity inside by breathing or wet clothes must be bound be heat and transported outside by cross ventilation or the wunderfull maxvans. There is no wood inside the walls or floor. Its "woodfree" and because of that it can dev, fungi. The quality of the cabin the funriture the technic and the capebility of the MB truck- makes this truck a real "tiny house in wheels" even for extrem weather conditions or hot spaces in the world. I think that one can stay in a -minus 30-40 centigrates in alaska. One of the extras: Its bear proofe. And the doors and windows are also the portion of "extra security in times of troubels" The space between driver eara and the livingroom maks this space a perfect "mudroom" or puffer zone for heat or cold. A bath dont have to be heated all the time. Safes energy. bOXmANUFUKTUR stands for high end buildings and quality that seeks itself on the market. What is more importend on a real wild adventure then reliability? The internet is full of storys from "high end Expeditionstruck owners" that spend 500.000 Euros for a truck or more and the truck was broken or the walls where broken in the desert or dschungel- or wilderness. Call a truck service in the desert? This truck is not to heavy. That is importend because as more weight a truck has as more problems wait for the traveler. 7.5 tonn weight is one of the best weight for adventures because others could support when the truck is NOT to heavy! An elephant can help or 8 cows"! Or 5 camels! But 12 tonn expeditionstruck in the mud? No way! Frank
a few small changes and the car comes close to perfection for me. for example: 1. Widen the awning (50cm should fit) and install one with integrated lighting. 2. Install another refrigerator/freezer. I'm not a fan of this company or of drawers 3. The control panel for the lights and the chassis at the front near the cup holder just doesn't look nice there. Besides, these things are in the way. We were traveling in our Sprinter for 2 months and we had cups there that served as small trash cans (fruit pits, tissues, etc.). 4. Lighting on the sides and to the rear is important for finding a parking space 5. etc.
That is the great thing about a BoXmunfaktur build. You can have it any way you like. This Sprinter was built as our Demo vehilce highlighting many of the brands we import to the US and showcasing those products in a functional way. But for you own build all of these items can be addressed and made custom for you and how you like to travel.
Thanks, we will keep that in mind for future walk arounds. The boxes are full of chairs, tools, table and hoses and electrical connectors on this build currently.
For the customer that likes to REALLY off road are the box compartments water tight tested? Also what are the tire sizes shown (35s?) and the maximum you can put on with this box? Really enjoyed this tour, please if possible make more tour videos
We're glad you enjoyed the tour. More coming as we can create them. The boxes are water tight for rain, resistant for submersion. We are running a 37" tire on ours, as mentioned below the Max for the Iglehaut Conversion
We are an importing and distribution company for the products showcased on the vehicle here in the US and import the boXmanufaktur complete units and empty boxes. Unfortunatly we do not deal with tire conversions or super single conversions. Ours started Life as a 4x2 Chassis and was converted by Iglhaut Allrad in Germany for the 4x4 Systems.
Just a thought, in the southwest US we need cooling seats much more than heated seats. The Scheel-Mann leather seats are nice but in the summer I'd stick to them like like I was glued in there.
It's very close to GVWR once loaded up with Water and Fuel and all of your personal items. If you also need to tow this isn't the correct setup for that. Something on a more robust chassis like Ford F550 would be something with much more payload and towing capacity.
Plenty of gently used EarthCruisers and Roamers out there for much less than that, and they're much more off road capable. But if mama wants a Eurostyle box this is the one to buy. What I don't get is that pesky cassette toilet. Why not a composting toilet?
After my wife's box, this is my next favorite !😀
Probably the best build on a Sprinter I have seen. I know this is not affordable for 99% of the population, but bravo anyway.

@@roughroadequipmentI didn’t see the price in the video, did I miss it?
Totally agree with you
Wow, this is one of the best over landing vehicles I’ve seen in a longtime. I love the size and combined off-road design and capabilities. Absolutely awesome!
Equally beautiful in person. Boxmanufaktur is world class.
best van I ever seen. I just finish building mine but this is another level! I need to restart :D
Easily the best Sprinter build I have ever seen! I am not really a Sprinter kinda guy, but if it has to be a Sprinter, this would be my choice. Can't beat Deutsche Wertarbeit!

We can build any box you like on whatever chassis you wish. This is just the Sprinter option we have as an example.
I love this build, If didn't already have a Sprinter, I would have bought this. I wish you were around three years ago.
Amazing build
Awesome Work.
Impeccable, functional, stylish and beautiful !!!
Best box van I’ve seen, amazing 👍
Wow, thanks!
What an amazing build thanks for sharing team!
Impressive!

Buén trabajo!
A GReat build a dream for me!
Finally here. European styles. 😊
unglaublich Y’all 😎
Hammer 👏👏👏

Nice, probably ridiculously crazy expensive
460k USD and you get Euro boxes as storage?! All practicallity aside, thats hillarious!
Dang....
Can you do a complete review of the outside? Open the lockers and show all exterior features?
Thanks, we will keep that in mind for future walk arounds. The boxes are full of chairs, tools, table and hoses and electrical connectors on this build currently.
way betterr and nicer then the earthrommer by far
Iglhaut and Oberaigner the best real offroad worthy chassis for the Sprinter. Forget the Mercedes stock chassis (drivetrain) for real offroad use.
For the customer that likes to REALLY off road are the box compartments water tight tested? Also what are the tire sizes shown (35s?) and the maximum you can put on with this box? Really enjoyed this tour, please if possible make more tour videos
Iglhaut offers 37" tires at max..

Will you be able to install a super single in your shop in the US? Thank you.

I want to know how much this costs! It’s awesome!
We have it currently listed at $399K US as it's our previous year's show vehicle and has some miles on it.
What does the pass through look like? Can a 2xl person fit?
10:51 ok you went over the pass through
Is it possible to have the same (pass through) shower area as well as a larger Cab-Over sleeping area?
Possibly, there would have to be some seperation to keep moisture out of the sleeping area.
Is the habitat connected directly to the chassis?
We connect with a suspended subfloor that we build so that the flex of the chassis is not translated to the box.
What are the yellow spot lights on the front? Brand ?
They are the Baja Designs LP series
Just a thought, in the southwest US we need cooling seats much more than heated seats. The Scheel-Mann leather seats are nice but in the summer I'd stick to them like like I was glued in there.
Then it's a great thing that the Vario F Scheemans now have a cooling option!
Meglio di Iveco Daily nel fuoristrada?
Sorry aber bei einer so teuren Kiste braucht ihr dringend einen vernünftigen InteriourDesigner!!! Das sieht aus wie in einem RTW...
You do not mention the weight
It's very close to GVWR once loaded up with Water and Fuel and all of your personal items. If you also need to tow this isn't the correct setup for that. Something on a more robust chassis like Ford F550 would be something with much more payload and towing capacity.
What are the dimensions?
I love the look of the van, but again the inside is clinical cold and unpleasant :(
475k......uhhh, nope!
Plenty of gently used EarthCruisers and Roamers out there for much less than that, and they're much more off road capable. But if mama wants a Eurostyle box this is the one to buy. What I don't get is that pesky cassette toilet. Why not a composting toilet?
You could have a composting toilet if you like. They are not for everyone, for this build we chose the casette. .
Sorry but this price is too high. I rather buy a Rhöncamp Rebel for 250K
No offroad capabilities.
FWIW, I prefer blinds coming up from the bottom and mosquito screen from the top.
