Seeing as how this is to be a future customers vehicle we don't take it on legitimate off-roading trails to protect the integrity for them. The capabilities are as to be expected with a lifted large tire offroad house. Sand and rocks and slight off-camber are not an issues but you are not doing dense forests with low hanging trees or offroad trails with large shelfs and serious off-camber spots. Snow is no issue either as we have tested it in those conditions. The off road capabilities are to get you to those slightly harder to get camping locations where there will be less crowding.

It's actually a very common solution for vehicles like this. A hand rail system could be integrated into the side of the box for customers who would be concerned about that. However, we have used this very vehicle many times in winter conditions and had zero issues with the the steps. The pooched metal on the step surface provides a lot of traction and is not comfortable to walk on barefoot because of that feature. There is a lot of traction, even in icy/snowy conditions.

Hi there, we import and sell both KCT and Outbound windows. Both are glass dual pane windows with bug screens and shade cloths. Outbound offers standard sizes and KCT offers custom sizes. Both are great options. Shoot us an email and we can get you some numbers for the windows that you have.

Thank you, In this build the overcab space is limited to keep the overall profile lower. Its really just storage for lightweight items such as cold weather clothing, extra towels etc. Keeping less weight up there will reduce the overall body roll and improve the handling of the van. Although, the Adaptive Suspension from KW does a pretty amazing job of sorting that out, even with the weight of the living habitat.

Since this one has some miles and is our Demo/ Show Van we have it listed for $399K. A normal New build with the full Iglhaut Allrad 4x4 Conversion costs at around $480K for a new one, depending on the selected options and configurations. If you were to do the same build without that conversion on a factory AWD you could easily have a new one for less.

Thanks for the Compliments. The tank is an aftermarket tank replacement with 49 gallons capacity. The approximate fuel range depends on conditions such as speed, head wind and terrain, hills etc. We typically notice anywhere from 10-12 mpg so 490-580miles depending on the conditions you encounter.

Anything that’s handmade to order is always expensive…and I also hate reading comments that components only cost X price…like bro you’re paying for the labor, you’re paying for the fact someone has to work with you hours just to get everything right. I absolutely love this truck. Only a few things I’d change. The fuse box on the inside so u don’t have to go outside to fix. Add TV/ moniter, starlink, extended gas tank.

Thanks for the kind words, and yes time an labor add up quickly, these builds take a team of 42 people over a year in general to complete. Lots of moving parts and craftsmen to get it to what you see here. Also the use of the best quality components available that are designed to hold up for the long haul are used. Most "RV's" are only designed to be used a few weeks a year and not lived out of full time. These are expedition vehicles to be home for the occupants for many years in a variety of environments.

All things that can be addressed depending on the customer and the build. We built to suit, so we can design them however you like. This being a show/ Demo vehicle we try to make a build that we generally repeat and that will showcase all the most popular options our clients desire.

Roam Rest actually makes very comfortable van and overland Mattresses, which is why we partnered with them for this project then had it reupholstered in Alcantara to match the rest of the interior detail. That being said mattresses are very subjective, hence why there are so many options out there.

They are indeed, however a few key differences. We have 60mm walls Bocklet are 50mm We have been building this way since 42 yrs, Bocklet is not as long in the business Complete different corner connection - we have a much stiffer interlocking connection instead of Bocklets approach to just have the walls standing on the floor panel. Overall the only similar thing is the color white and that we both have boxes.

Yes it can, we also have our Gray and black tanks in the center near the front, There are always drawbacks to different designs, It just depends if you priority is more space or more maneuverability. Rarely do you get both.

Yes that is true, we have built them many ways. A rear door is certainly an option but the you would generally loose the garage area or have to move it to a different section to store any larger items. There is always a trade off depending how you like to travel.

We do as well, it opens the rest of the living space up and at the same time closes off the toilet area.

That is why it has the filtration system on board, you can bypass it if you are coming from a home source like a filtered water system or run it through our filtration sytem before it enters the tank. It's up to whoever fills the tanks.

The Fuses are a circuit breaker style fuse holder, should it need to be replaced with a fuse it can be. but generally a reset is adequate unless there is a major problem.

The box can be designed however you would like, with many size window options and whatever location you like. All our hatches have metal frames with robust locking systems and double pane glass windows for added security.

Yes, the power system charges from Solar, The Sprinter alternator, or even shore power if plugged in. It's a complete system of Victron components. They are very reliable.

It is one layout option. But since these can be designed however you want, you could always opt for a side restroom somewhere else. It just depends on how open you would like your living space to be.

I don't see an issue, easy access for a quick roadside poop.. sealed and vented so you're not smelling your partner's former meals. And you not wasting fuel heating/cooling the cab space while using the habitat portion..

Some of us, as we age, have a short period of warning from our bodies. For me as an older, bladder challenged person this is perfect. Provided one keeps one’s bathroom tidy of corse.

CEOs and executives that can afford it don’t have the interest in camping. They just want to fly to their condo in the mountains.

It's a style for sure, some people wish for more warmth and others wish for the clean white look. The good news is there are may different ways to finish the interior and many different ways to configure the interior. We build them custom, however you want it laid out and finished inside.

With this setup we used a cab and chassis setup. With a cutaway chassis we could have done a passthrough, Not every customer wants the pass through and it limits the back seat capacity as well. But as we build these custom to order, we can build it either way. Whatever you like.

If a customer wants EcoFlow its something that could be considered. We have had great luck with Victron components and they offer Global Support. So that is what we tend to use in our builds.

The key and locking mechanism is integrated into the handle and the hatch is very secure.

A new build would start around $480,000 depending on what options and configurations you would select. But since this is our Demo vehicle for a few show seasons now and has miles, we are selling it for $399,900

These vehicles take a year to build with over 43 craftsmen and women and are not RV's. They are built with components that last. They are not built for weekend travels a few times a year. The people who buy them live in them when they travel typically for years.

The GVWR is 19,500. Fully loaded with two adults and two children, all travel accessories fuel and water it's right around 17,000lbs
