Recipe Ingredients:
2.5kg pork belly
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
3 pcs Thai Chilli
1 pc onion
5 pcs bay leaves
1 glove garlic
1 tie onion leaves
1/4 cup soy sauce
