I have been using a panel for 5 years, but bought the new Current Body mask 2 because of the stronger lights around the mouth and eyes. I thought a mask would make it easy to multitask while using. It does NOT. It is so bright that it is almost blinding. I have to lay in bed with my eyes closed so it is very similar to using a panel where you sit in front of it for 10 minutes. I have not been able to figure out the placement of the third strap. I don’t find the mask particularly comfortable but since I lay in bed it’s not really an issue. I hope this mask proves more effective than my panel to justify the cost.

I have tried contacting you on your website, Facebook and IG. I ordered the Neck Décolleté last year. The product has stopped working suddenly. It shuts off just as I’m trying to use it. I have tried charging it but nothing works. These items have a 2 year warranty but I cannot speak with anyone about my question.
I ordered this LED mask series 2 after seeing all the great reviews and promotions, but unfortunately, my experience has been very different. The light intensity is way too high, even with the eye protection (which does nothing but feel uncomfortable), causing discomfort and even pain in my eyes. It's not safe for me to use, and the customer service has been unhelpful, like they dont want to help me :-( . Returning it will also cost you money! I expected much more from a product marketed as safe and effective. Be cautious if you're thinking about buying!
I was so disappointed that you dd not have a Black Friday or Boxing Day sale. All the influencers I watched recommended to wait for the Black Friday Sale, plus use their discount code, so we can get a 20% discount. I saved all my pennies, budgeted and had just enough in AUD to purchase with the 20% discount. I wrote to your customer service asking if you were doing Black Friday and was told No. Maybe you should have had more clarity with the influencers you use, as many of us have been left bitterly disappointed and will now have to spend our money elsewhere on a more affordable option, such as Maysama. Again, I was so excited with the launch and scrimped and saved for the Black Friday sale...Feeling very let down by Current Body!
@@bebjbecky Really? That drives me crazy! I even wrote to them and recieved a reply stating they don't always have sales. Obviously, it is where you live that dictates if you are worthy of a discount. It is over 50% more expensive for us here, yet no discount. Will now look at another brand that shows loyalty to customers worldwide.
