I have to say. You must make more tutorial videos like this one. Not only did the whole video have your vibe to it, but the way you showed different variations in the one trick you were explaining brought a new light to a trick toturial video. If you can do more of these videos Iam sure it will help so many people out there in the community find there style and devlope a new flow, and not to mention, the vibe you give your videos tops the cherry on any toturial!!
Do not let your vlogs be influenced by a few more dislikes. Just because you try different things and we never know what's happening in your vlog, it's fun and fun to watch.
Nice one Drib, and the particular tips of *coordinate yaw to get maximum float* is great. Would like a Proximity tutorial too! (is there already one? will search) THANKS ;)
Best tutorial on split-s I’ve seen...and I’ve seen a lot of them. The bonus info on longer hang time was was the best. I wish more pilots would share there tips and tricks more often.
I just got into building and flying quads but currently am grounded due to beginners error soldering a fc so I downloaded a Sim. Watching your tutorial videos, I started applying the techniques into the Sim and have evolved my flying alot. Granted it's in a Sim but still. Your videos have helped me alot
It was cool to see you get prop wash. It gave me an idea of what a pro tune is cable of. I’ve been very curious of how “perfect” your tune is and that little shot of prop wash showed me to worry a bit more about stick control than PIDs etc. That also goes with the part about bleeding into throttle early versus waiting too long. Again, stick control made your flight smooth.
Your videos and welcoming feel have made me feel welcome and encouraged to join the hobby. I just ordered the HD build along with Arms, Props, and a few other things, looking forward to breaking and learning along the way!
Drew, you need to just be you. I dig on the channel because of your honest behavior, either flying or reviewing or just being you. I came for the FPV but stick around for the LeDrib content.. and now to destroy more quads trying to do the split s.... well, when it finally stops raining..
Thanks for this info. I am very interested in the commercial side of drone videography along with the personal enjoyment of freestyle flying. This info is very helpful.
I want to get this down soooooo bad. I dig your flying style and whole general vibe. I wish my life was half as cool as yours! Keep up the great work. Love being along for the ride.
Thanks for staying true to YOUR path!! I’ve been trying to learn how you do maneuvers by breaking them down into the basics. A lesson like this helps a lot!!!
👋 there...just real quick..I genuinely love watching your videos...when I watch you fly I imagine myself sitting in the drone itself...and what makes it even better is the music you play while you play..👍.it truly is amazing the way you fly..it’s the most relaxing thing to watch at the end of a crappy day..on that note..thanks again for doing what you do👋
Drew can you make a vid showing hot to do tight powerloops? Like hugging the tree or roof line.... You have a great way of explaining and showing content. Keep it up man!
Maaan, fpv, boosted board, iphone.. keep doing you! Haters gonna hate.. you're a entertaining guy and a huge influence to a lot of people! Keep inspiring buddy:))
I’m new to drones and never flew FVP. I bought my first one and I know it’s a beginner level type but I got the DJI Avata. I can hear the moans and laughs now. But it’s what I’m going to learn on. I never seen anyone fly as smooth and explain things like you. What are some things I can do to help me get good in the next few months??
Thanks for the all the tutorials. We have a small group of friends just getting into this and we watch all your vids religiously. We have all grown tremendously as a result. Thanks Drib!!! Oh....and I love my Hype Trains....also getting my new CL1 set up too....
Hi Drib, thanks for making a video on my favorite flight maneuver. I always enjoy your video. I wanted to ask you, what is the model of your 3D printer at the beginning of your video and which type of filament you use. Thanks again !!
I have been looking into fpv racing but I am not sure what to get. I was wondering if you could sell one of your old fpv drones with the controler, charger, and evrything else neaded to fly. Thank you for your hospitality.
I like the fact that you are showing the stick cam, drib please I would love to see more stick cam on your videos, I learn a lot watching the manipulation of the sticks, love your videos ty 😎
I completely agree. Tech, gadgets, photography, VIDEO GAMES, etc. It can ALL be linked. Do different stuff, bring the gamers, the gadget addicts... I was and am all of the above and fell deeply in love w FPV 7 months ago... I recently started adding #s like the ones I’m mentioning above to my channel and viewers came in... My content is poor at the time but traffic came in because I mixed things up... You are an awesome vlogger. You will grow / expand our hobby! And NOW is when! Do crazy wacky funny shit to get the viewers and then BAM 💥 quad in their face... They’ll love it… Cheers and awesome job!
I enjoyed this new Trick tutorial. Drew I would like to see a video about how you do your smoooooth turns. I have seen the bad habits videos about your turns. Good one as well. Something about how your style works please.
Drew.... great place to fly. I’ve always been a big fan of your teaching style... as well as your flying. I’ve not pushed myself as much as I should... but I’ve come a long way from a guy who was a LOS flier only. Thank you for all the help along the way. I have a Dream of some day flying with you at one of these spots... and pushing myself to advance and maybe even get props from you. Not the plastic kind. Ha ha Thanks again! Chuk
I liked your iPhone episode. Theres' a segment of the general public that never ceases to amaze me at how critical, closed, and expectational they can be . You do great at putting up with it. People, there's room for Android and iPhone, there's room for other topics besides FPV, and there's room for diversity in fashion. If you don't like those things, you don't have to watch and you can do it the way you want on your own vlog.
Nice tip on the early throttle to avoid prop wash! Gotta try it next time out. I use an iX12 also and thinking about setting up crossfire. An iX12 set up video would be sweet! Thanks!
thats not even that hard, he was lined up already when he got to the roof. It gets hard as balls is you need to correct your trajectory shortly before the obstacle.
Like I said in the last video's comment, it's a vlog! The life and times of Drew "LeDrib" Camden! Come to think of it, with Christmas coming up and a new generation of FPV pilots coming in to the hobby, why not start revisiting some basics and trick tutorials after Christmas? Fresh faces in the RR roster, fresh videos for new pilots!
Great tutorial thanks. This is something Ive been working on recently and you've given me even more to think about. Would love a tutorial on power loops, I'm trying to get better at proximity power loops which look great when you do them.
I am not drew, but i fly dal cyclones enough to answer this question. A good flying session = zero damage props, a bad session = 3-4 sets, 10-20 batteries per session. I start to lose interest after the second set of props.
I'm loving the background lights. That "put 90 seconds on the clock" scene was cool. 3:14 I heard that joyous screech as he found his kwad lol 7:03 daaaaamn, that super commit tho! 8:11 i LOVE doing that sorta stuff 11:50 WHAT?!?!?! 13:04 I can't wait to visit Detroit for a few days after Rampage!!! Really hope I can get a chance to fly a few packs with you
You might like two circular polarized on you Rapidfire. It could be best for Bando. The Rapidfire is not really a Diversity RX, its doing something else where it merges the two signals into one. So its not like its switching between the circular and a patch. Yea you can still use a patch with it. But I just am just thinking about Bando and overall coverage. In that situation you might like two circulars instead of the patch.
EYE TROUBLE I USE CAPS . THESE TYPE OF VIDEOS ARE REALLY HELPING ME . I AM STUCK PRETTY MUCH BY MYSELF IN A SMALL TOWN . LEARNING FREE STYLE IS WHAT I AM INTO RIGHT NOW SO THANKS .
when you split S close to the ground? What do you suggest the minimum rates be? I'm not on high rates, and I know you have to just test and feel for yourself...Just curious if you have a comment on this,
I really liked how you explained this. I've never tried a split-s yet (nube) , but now I'm going to have to try. I watch most of the talking parts of the videos at 1.25 speed, but for this I watched at 0.5 so I could see the sticks as well as what was happening. You sound a little different at that speed. :) Thanks!
Awesome,I got a little 150 for u to test at rampage if we get time,I remember one of your videos talking about having a HD cam on a mini quad would be awesome
I have to say. You must make more tutorial videos like this one. There’s some really great advice, discussion and tips in here... I just rewatched it a year later and it’s still totally relevant
Does the eye-liner help you fly like this? Asking for a friend
Oli Dadswell it’s not eye liner. He’s half eagle.
Do not let your vlogs be influenced by a few more dislikes. Just because you try different things and we never know what's happening in your vlog, it's fun and fun to watch.
So glad to be re-watching this four years into the hobby. All the litle exta tweeks you csn add in on such a basic move. Great job Le drib
Such a basic trick, yet I really like the way you broke down the subtle details that can make it more interesting, smooth, etc.
Nice mention of Motorcross as an inspiration source! There are so many great pools FPV gets to draw from. 🖖🏼
Same thing Steele did and it totally helped his channel grow. You do what you want man. It's your channel.
Nice one Drib, and the particular tips of *coordinate yaw to get maximum float* is great. Would like a Proximity tutorial too! (is there already one? will search) THANKS ;)

Make the content that makes you happy. I will watch them all !
I love your FPV content but I actually just enjoy any content you put out.
Drew, you need to just be you. I dig on the channel because of your honest behavior, either flying or reviewing or just being you. I came for the FPV but stick around for the LeDrib content.. and now to destroy more quads trying to do the split s.... well, when it finally stops raining..

pitch roll split s looks dope! On the list! tyty
Thanks for staying true to YOUR path!! I’ve been trying to learn how you do maneuvers by breaking them down into the basics. A lesson like this helps a lot!!!
1st , the split s is probably my favorite acro move. I love to do them really slow.
11:53 sick roof gap
Holy crap, I was just saying to myself I need to learn the split s!!! Thanks LeDrib!!
If talk & fly is hard, try walk and fly! Ultimate level, walk, fly and talk.
just realized drew is a thumber, Ive been trying to teach myself to pinch and it just doesnt feel good, I dont feel so bad now.

I didn't like the phone commercial too, but your teleport-effecs are always getting better! thumbs up! 😉
I'm impressed how fast you got this video out. Had fun though it was a great day.
Drew can you make a vid showing hot to do tight powerloops? Like hugging the tree or roof line....
You have a great way of explaining and showing content. Keep it up man!
All of your vids are super creative...Do exactly what you want to do man. Your on it!
Love your tutorials mate! Going to play around with the yaw tail whip idea 😎✌
Maaan, fpv, boosted board, iphone.. keep doing you! Haters gonna hate.. you're a entertaining guy and a huge influence to a lot of people! Keep inspiring buddy:))

Hey man thanks a lot for making the videos I'm a big fan of your freestyle work and your second Channel where you build stuff
I enjoyed this new Trick tutorial.
Drew I would like to see a video about how you do your smoooooth turns. I have seen the bad habits videos about your turns. Good one as well. Something about how your style works please.
Nice tutorial man rly liked it 👍 how has crossfire been for u? Have u noticed a considerable improvement over la forge? Please let me know 👍
Just keep doing your thing Drew !! Love your channel.
now kick flip the boosted board
challenge accepted! Now I just need to steal someones boosted board... HA! boosted board.
A kickflp at 20 mph! That would be insane!!
Maybe they'll put boosted boards on the big air ramp at next year's X-Games! The added weight will amp up the difficulty!
Like to see a manual on a boosred board how about some trick tips too botgrinder
Mark Gonzalez 360 flipped a long board
I currently have the same injury on my palm. Looks like someone else fell off their skateboard, too.
I don’t know how you talk and fly at the same time as well as you do 🙌🏽
This guy is a machine... He's that one friend that's good at everything and every group has one 😀
Very nice video, thx Drew. Learn some tip.
How did you teleport to the spot? Apple tricks? It will be very useful for me. Very funny part.
Love the teleportation trick!
This video helped me so much. I spent about 2 hours in the simulator practicing. Please do more trick tutorials. Love your channel. Thanks.

I haven't called you President Drew yet. Had to get that out of the way...lol. always good stuff. Thank you.
You got me at flips and rolls during split s 😙
Great video!! Can't wait to catch you guys in S.C. next weekend!!
Really enjoying the variations. I hadn't considered some of those. Like the invert whip. vnice!
Nice video shooting! I appreciate your tutorial, as well as the camera work.
Excellent tutorial Drew!! Keeping those in mind
New to FPV and while appreciate the FPV focus, I really like the vloging twist you add to the culture. Big supporter here. Love the channel!
Those rings at secret spot! 😳You are a wizard sir.
I liked your iPhone episode. Theres' a segment of the general public that never ceases to amaze me at how critical, closed, and expectational they can be . You do great at putting up with it. Well said
Great video.. Love the instruction. Your flying skills are outstanding. Thanks for passing on the knowledge to us.
Wow! That "cork screw" at 11:55 is slick! Way to go!
That was good man! Elegantly simple and clear
Nice tip on the early throttle to avoid prop wash! Gotta try it next time out. I use an iX12 also and thinking about setting up crossfire. An iX12 set up video would be sweet! Thanks!
11:53…. are you f-ing serious lol.
dude right?!
a gap so epic, it should have been a super slow motion replay
thats not even that hard, he was lined up already when he got to the roof.
It gets hard as balls is you need to correct your trajectory shortly before the obstacle.

Sorry stupid question from a newbie... Do you always use a kind of throttle punch before every trick? Because here I can not see it every time.
Great tutorial thanks. This is something Ive been working on recently and you've given me even more to think about.
Would love a tutorial on power loops, I'm trying to get better at proximity power loops which look great when you do them.
great tutorial drew. i remember watching your first one when i first started.
11:53 - WOW. Was it planned? Or did you saw the gap and went for it?
how many props do you go thru in a good flying session?
I am not drew, but i fly dal cyclones enough to answer this question. A good flying session = zero damage props, a bad session = 3-4 sets, 10-20 batteries per session. I start to lose interest after the second set of props.
Lipo Killa I
Stay you Drib. I dig your content!
Great video! Thank you so much for this! Please keep posting vids like this!
5:55 I definitely like the "cartwheel" version as its smoother and lends itself to flowing into other ticks
Great Video as always Drew 👌🏻 love your flow great to watch 🤙🏻😏. And also your explaining while your flying is great ✌🏻😃. Greets
Great Lesson, I love DIY's that have 4 minutes of introduction. It gets me in the zone.
Love the trick tips. Keep them coming. Great tutorials.
It's that recovery throttle timing thats the hardest to keep smooth. Good tutorial.

2 minutes in and I subbed. Great edits
New to fpv.. do you need the 107 license to post videos with drones under the weight limit?
I want to get into FPV. I have a DJI Mavic Air and DJI goggles. Is that a good setup for FPV
Nice tutorial. A simple trick can look good if you do it right😁
hi. Nice video. Do you use mode 1? Or mode 2 in your control
quality video right there! back to the roots Drib :)
and no, I did not dislike your iPhone video. I just skipped it
Awesome,I got a little 150 for u to test at rampage if we get time,I remember one of your videos talking about having a HD cam on a mini quad would be awesome
Gopro session on a 110 2.5inch 4s kwad is the way to go
