It is like Mr Steele is one with his quad. Being so in tune with the quad is just like an extension of one's mind. Amazing skills for sure!
Fear is the quad killer.
Loved how detailed you guys got just about the process of a roll and just how many variations there are. Looking forward to the next episode in the trick series.
Its so funny that MR Steele in 2018 is still better than all of us in 2021
24?
Very good tutorial. People forgot how important the basics can be. Pilots like myself that have been flying a while can even benefit from this video. Great work guys 👍
Why is he so smooth
It’s the mustache...has to be
Expo
Nothing but practice my friend. When I first started practicing on the simulator I couldn’t even get the quad to fly more than 20 seconds lol but 8 months later I have a Nazgûl 5” hd 26 packs & im awesome at freestyle 🥳🥳
People who haven’t tried this. Have no idea how hard it is
Those are the people who think oh its so easy let's spend 2k and then I can do it too
@@peterzingler6221 fpv is a clickbait for money 😂....and i fell for it
I just received my first drone
A tiny hawk 2 . I literally flew a target brand drone for a week and loved it. I started the drone with goggles on and crashed for 4 min straight lol.
@@Travazoid I got my TH 2 a few weeks ago too and also got the TH 2 Freestyle. I got the freestyle first but was like "ok.. I wanna fly indoors too" so I got the TH 2 one week later. Lol. Now I got my hands on a Eachine Trashcan just two weeks after those drones. Now I want to get either the Savagebee or the Babytooth. It never ends! I fell in love with the hobby.
P.S make sure to flash 48khz with JSEC or with the BLHeli/ Jazz Maverick firmware and enable bidirectional dshot when you can. It extended my TH 2 & Trashcan's flight time to 4 - 6 mins from 2 - 3 mins and also makes the flying hella smooth!
@@blackwater7183 I have been flying my TH indoors. I have pretty decent at LoS , but still cannot manage when using the goggles. I don’t know anything about what flashing JSEC is lol I lol have to do some research.
Mr Steele is a legend. Great video Eric!
Everything we do revolves around the basic flip and roll... makes perfect sense to practice the hell out of them... personally I set my rates using flips and rolls LOS and that way I don’t have to catch anything as it’s all just natural muscle memory.. good stuff guys ! 👍
Just getting started here in 2022 and this was very helpful. I will go out and give it a try. Thanks Steel.
New to fpv, awesome to see videos like this. Steele's videos got me hooked in the first place. Can wait to get out and improve my flips now
Hi this Video is perfect . First Video ever where we can see the quad while Mr.Steel flys fpv. At the time i practice a lot and these are great tips to practice. Very good. Best regards from Germany
Thank you guys very much for this.
Been struggling with the basic flips and rolls. Would love to see more of this.
God bless you all. Happy flying.

Excellent video, this will help a lot of people.
thanks! good tips. i always have problem to do low height tricks. now i know what to focus and practice.
Mr Steele the best freestyler ever 👍amazing 👌
I haven't even bought a proper radio yet (got a $200AUD GPS drone off ebay about 3 months ago to start learning and having fun with, already smashed it up pretty good, noob mistakes lol) but you best believe I'm gonna be watching this whole series, because it's always fascinating to watch masters at work. If I'm lucky, some of this knowledge will be absorbed and I'll be well prepared when I get my first whoop. Thanks from a newbie subscriber, cheers from Oz!
Awesome advice on stick control. Thank you both for helping to get this knowledge out.
Since I’m new at the hobby, this video is like made for me. Thanks.
Thanks for the tips I just bought my first fpv last week. I definitely need to practice. It’s the best rc hobby I have done so far. Glad I found your channel, you got a new subscriber. Keep it up 👍. Guys are skilled pilots.
Which one did you buy?
The Eachine wizard. I have a 4s battery for it and have to upgrade the camera. What do you recommend that’s a good value. I don’t wanna spend extra for something that Isn’t necessary, especially since this is my first one like that.
Just watched the first bit with the line of sight rolls and flips.... Dame Steele you are fucking good!
Please do more this kind of content. Thank you!!
This was a great video and very cool that you could get so involved with the breakdown of the tricks.
Two months in.... still in stab... 8 year Heli 3D pilot, but this is way rad. So much freedom. Thx
That was a great video, thanks guys! Wth is up with the thumbs down? I don't get it. These guys work hard filming and editing to HELP pilots.. Meh, I guess to each their own but w/e I still don't get the negativity.
Awesome! Thanks for the tips Fellas! Please do more!

Will Do Bud! Thanks for Subbing!
Fricken sick stuff! I crashed my whoop 10 times trying this last night.
Thanks Sir for this fine content. Very clearly presented and demonstrated. Not a deal breaker, but I appreciate not having to edit your edit when I share this with the STEM youth. I am amazed by what is possible, sharp and precise smooth and relaxed dance of flight. Keep it up Sir!

This was refreshing .... though ive been flying for a year now off and on, im only flying a couple batteries a week.... and This is something I needed to know to practice to help with timing ! Great stuff, Thanks Guys.
Just an idea..... Can yall do an episode of using Lines when flying..... Im having a difficult time understanding that concept, and think many of us, could benefit from it if explained like this was explained. Keep em coming !

Grenadit FPV absolutely!!! An eye for an eye !!!👍👍👍
That's what I'm doin wrong, I don't look like Steele when I'm done flyin! More Hello Kitty and hair (and flight experience)
Nice video guys! Looking forward to many more.
Great vid guys more of these please!:)
Butter.....melted,slippery beautiful butter.
damn.
Useful lesson.
I'm not sure if this helps but a cheap way to practice the timing of doing flips and rolls is to use the Boldclash Bwhoop (w/o alt. hold) and a multiprotocol module. It works the same way but stabilised.
New to the 'sport' so looking forward to it - and by the looks of things lots of other are. Almost 1K likes on 12K views...
Definitely makes that all look easy, impressive!
Back to basics, love it !
Great tips thanks big help
"EXCELLENT VIDEO MAN"...Thanks
Yeah why not. Basic stuff is always great, there's new people coming in all the time and even for veterans... sometimes one is so set in their ways that it can help to take a 'basics' approach again.
I really hope you guys will cover coordinated turns in the future. I seem to still struggle somehow...
hateeternalmaver I strongly second this notion!! 🙌🏽
pretty fly for a wifi why you care what people on the internet like or don't like? I find that sad... ,)
pretty fly for a wifi wow dude, you have such a cool name (love the Offspring) but why so much hate?!
pretty fly for a wifi okay, sorry you made that experience then. nah it's not trolling, I also sometimes vent my frustration by shouting my opinion into the internet. Isn't this what it's there for anyway... ,P
Thanks for the video guys. Steele is a hard person to watch stick cam on cause his stick throw is so short. Really good information though. I will try some of these out next time out.
Thanks for this. Eric, in the vid description, put the before the ethixltd.com and it should allow us to click thru on it to the site. As it is now, we can't click it. Thanks again! Really enjoy this format and seeing places in SD that I am very familiar with. :D
Love it......gonna burn up all my batts this Sat morning doing this. Thanks guys!
good job !!
Great explanation, thanks guys.
Very Good! I liked it a lot! Thanks, Cheers!
Great video guys 😎keep them coming
Very good, thanks :)
Thanks for this video Eric. This was a big help. 👍😂
Loved it!!! Keep 'em coming
I know exactly where that spot is in the video. Used to live a few streets down. Literally the spot where i first learned to fly anything RC related.
Mr Steele, good pilot.
you just make they very low rolls and flips look Fucken easy sick steele love it Bro
I cant thank you enough, so detailed
Perfect series. Thank$ for everything :)
0:38 Steele killed it😆
thank you very much for this useful sharing. greeting from your new student, very nice to meet you :)
Nice bokeh. You switched it up. 👍 Good to see some more trick tutorials. 👍
Great video, guys! If you come back to Hoyt, bring me along and teach me how to dougie! 👍
Great tutorial 😎👍🏻
We need more LOS Steele!
Back to the basics! With all the racing I've been doing I've lowered me rates a lot to a happy medium for race and freestyle. But I'm going to be doing separate race and freestyle rates now.
Thanx guys !
Man, that helps. 😊❤
Yes more of this. Thx.
🤯🤯🤯
Thank you Bro...!! ( Eric and Steele )
Aces! Just Aces!
Nice work guys...thanks =)
Why did you guys stop this? We need more of this!!!
Yo, that's the park I go to at SD!!! BTW the Triangle building is off-limits now.
Nothings off limits 😉
Great video
That dude Mr. Steele is a beast tho with the line of sight. And no way he spotted that rock in real time?
Awesome guys!

Hey Steele, in the beginning of the video, around 2:00, you look absolutely like charpu! Only your mustach is a bit bigger.... 😱
Cali looks so OZ sometimes with the dry land and the eucalytpus. Y'all should come over and visit sometime - y'all'd feel right at home with weather and trees and shit,
Free bed at mine if you do.
Jesus christ what a freaking save :O damn
I searched this vid up this morning. Been following you guys but just started FPV. Wanted to revisit this vid to see what I'm doing different. I do a blip method but I coordinate yaw to hold the roll flatter in view. Going to practice a little more today... thanks for the great videos
Muy buen video!
cheers guys
Love this stuff!,,,,,
I like around 260 degrees/s on yaw and like 240 degrees on pitch and roll
great info
Thx.
sweet spot guys ... is that Hoyt park in san diego?
Very good.... btw. Whats is that display on top of the radio?
how about living in a van FPV ?? Hoping to head out this Fall ...
Nice vid. why do you always have one pink prop on your quad?
Sadly just got back from. Flying some packs and saw there gated it up. Looks like someone bought the land there ...go enjoy while u can.
How can I change my pitch? I don't like when I push up and it looks down, I want to reverse it
Play'n with my rolls on the daily 👌😉
Thank you
Dang It Steele! How about some gopro footage from the LOS at 5:40 ? Rotor on!
So "Blip" means add throttle and then immediately cut it? or just cut it?
Wonder what type of drone that is
so there is no need to mix yaw into the roll?
The one and only i trust :p
nice to see something that i think im are doing badly and i am ,i like steel at the beginning for comedic value lol
That's cool. Sometimes I still practice that stuff....I find I need more practice lol.
I know this field. ;) SD baby.
YOUNG SKYWALKER .
I thought that was Charpu 😂 Mr. Steve needs a haircut 💇♂️
PuppetMasterFPV 🤣😂
