How to get into a business fraternity at UIUC

hi guys long time no see! i wanted to get this video out a little earlier, but ran into some life stuff :( i hope this video helps with your rush process at UIUC or other places.
disclaimer: i am not disclosing any internal scoring or processes or giving the proven way to get in, but these are just some things i noticed in my some successful applicants. anyways, life is a crapshoot, just rush, talk to people, and interview well.
