    I'm pretty sure the first time I ever viewed anything on RUclips, it was a Chef John video. I know the first time I ever spent a day binge watching anything it was his channel. Been comjng back for seconds ever since.

    Every year my family does a theme for Thanksgiving dinner. The theme this year is "the most delicious food in the entire galaxy" so this recipe will be just perfect

    This reminds me of your roast lamb recipe with pomegranate glaze. That was my first Chef John video and now 10 years later, you're still my favorite chef. Here's to another 10 years and I cant wait to try the turkey. Looks amazing.

    I always run the vegetables (in this case, onions) and liquids through a blender to puree. It adds tons of flavor to your gravy. It's a little cloudy, but I'm after flavor and not to 'waste' food.

    Most scientists recommend 165 Fahrenheit as the safe internal temp for turkey.
    PS, this looks incredible! My mouth was watering watching this. I can't wait to make it!!

    Hey, Chef John. Since you're wading into the world of fusion turkeys, I wanna tell you about a local Indian spot I tried years ago. They had a tandoori turkey. I got it for Thanksgiving. Kind of interesting, but I think you might be able to do it better. Would love to see your take on it!

    There's a long running feud on the name of the dish here in Russia. In Moscow it's "Shaurma" and in Saint Petersberg it's "Shawerma". But it's never like the one chef John is using which is fine for a international dish, but it's very amusing to me.
