What a wonderful conversation about how to 'find' happiness. Mo Gawdat is SO insightful - with actual practical tips on how to address the negative thoughts that flood our heads. Also loved his comments on dating ... I'd love to know what his seven criteria for the perfect partner are!!
Great interview. Just a small feedback, Mo is so popular nowadays and I was thinking the first few minutes aren’t necessary because it’s repetitive from many other interviews. I imagine if you get another influencer that you focus on unexplored areas of their work. This is just my opinion though. I might be wrong. I wish you best of luck in your journey ❤
