Professional chef wears French fry holster applied with unnecessary assistance from his friend😂 Literally my favorite channel. Keep up the good work guys.
True. I didn’t mean to sound rude or anything, just like a normal “yeah, of course they would” sorta thing. It’s wonderful they all want to support each other. As I watch again, James saying “it’s not for massaging your meat” sound so wrong out of context 😆
I love this - Justine is drinking wine in the morning, Baz is using a GMM mug and our dear James is wearing Mickey D fries on his belt. This is certainly a crowning moment.
I've seen her overestimate prices so much but on the wine kit, you and I both know how extreme wine culture can be. It's not worth $150 but I can picture it being sold for that or more even.
The stainless steel bar I think is actually supposed to be rubbed on your hands like a bar of soap under running water. I could be completely wrong though.
Jack awesome! As horrible as it may sound, I have been guilty of running my hands on the sink faucet for the same purpose because I wasn’t even aware that something like that bar existed.
You are completely correct, I have been using a similar product for years (one more designed to also get under finger nails) works a charm, as long a you at some water :)
Lol yes! It's like "This product is so amazing, because there is literally nothing else in this kitchen made of stainless steel!" ...I'm super rich and all of my utensils are gold-plated.
The two prong cork remover is used when the cork is likely to be crumbly, as in aged wine. You don’t want a standard corkscrew crumbling the cork into your 30 year old Grange Hermitage, so you use the two prong thing instead.
Also, that rub away really works, but yes, you could use a pan, or a sink or a faucet. You could virtually use anything made from stainless steal and it does take smells away. However, you have to use if after washing your hands. The Stainless Steel helps removing smells that linger after washing
Bo Brunsveld In my experience you don't even need to wash you hands first, but you do neeeeed to at water to the mix, it even said "just use it like a bar off soap". Who uses a bar off soap without water?! :)
Its weird watching an episode when youve previously owned two of the items. I used to work in a fish market and I had the metal soap, I didnt pay more than 2$ luckily. Although to actually remove the smell I had to use liquid soap aswell, I found that the mixture of both was most successful in removing the smell and not leaving me smelling like a tin man. I also used to work at a gadget store, and the cup warmer thingy was one of the items we sold. But the version we sold had a cooling feature aswell, which was the one I went for before realising it was useless and I threw it away.
I got shook when they just dry rubbed it, but then I remembered I did that too the first month I had one. Anyways, just rubbing wet fingers on the metal in the sink works as well.
You could, it would probably work better with a metal can aswell but I realised that I usually just drink up my drinks before they need cooling. And with hot drinks it didnt really work for me.
The pasta boat is amazing for students, or those living in small studios without much stove space. It saves so much time and it's super easy to cook in a dorm room.
Should have 1 chef make the dish for the other chef and a normal to taste. Then those two compete. That way we get to see the thought process of a chef in trying to recreate a dish s/he may have eaten at a restaurant. The only challenge would be finding a recipe that one of the chefs don't already know.
Who uses a bar off soap without WATER?! The stainless stain odor remover works perfectly, I and many people around me have been using it for years, but you do need to at water, just water, should me easy enough, right!? :)
I was given this same one before and as the last person said, it informed me that no water was necessary. It didn't occur to me to even try it with water because a steel bar with water isn't going to remove the oil from the garlic or whatever you're handling anyway - if it doesn't serve a purpose without water then IMO it doesn't benefit you much at all.
@@kaldo_kaldo Soap needs water too, and you probably still use it? But seriously though, the thing is that often soap doesn't remove the odor of garlic like steel and cold water for some reason seem to do. But you can just as easily use a steel spoon or something like that.
@@odkres I meant that it seems unnecessary if I'm going through all of the same steps. I've never had an issue removing food scents from my hand with dish soap so I thought this might offer something beyond that.
Barry is at fault for my headache right now. I was laughing soo hard while he helped James with the fry (chips) holder, that now I have a headache. :) :)

And in about the same amount of time as you’d spend washing your hands with regular soap. You really have to work the bar hard with your fingers though, unlike soap.
the Maccies fries holder had me weak, especially when they all forced James to shove it through his belt.. the poor guy probably regretted wearing jeans that day

Though on that note, I've had to avert my eyes a few times (cough, Sia cover, cough) and end up cringing over a few innuendoes BUT over all, I am sad when the 10-15 min video is over and I have to get back to my life, haha. 2) Thank you for trying so hard to connect with your audience. Both in the comments and on camera, you guys are so kind to your viewers, which is quite unique on YT. Oh goodness...James and his memories...instantly accessible to everyone on the internet. 😂 The manufacturers of that fry holder should double the price and offer James a sponsorship.
I have a microwave pasta pot I got still wrapped at the thrift shop and it IS magical. Not as fancy as this one but the lid is a two-size strainer. It's actually really handy!
I have a couple of those mug warmers and I keep one at my desk at work, and it does a wonderful job of keeping a small pot of tea warm (when combined with a tea cozy on top.) That way I don't have to keep reheating my tea!
So much fun here. One note, the coffee mug warmer can also be used as a scented candle warmer. In office spaces that don't allow for open flames, you can still use your candles....
That wine opener is actually genius. It takes alittle practice to handle correctly but its really good if you want to preserve the cork. Its important for old wine with brittle corks where a traditional corkscrew runs the risk of breaking the cork. The airator pourer tho... Thats pretty stupid and useless. Wine that NEEDS air will not get enough air from that.
Once you are used to it, the Walker (the thing/weapon for extracting wine corks) quickly becomes essential. You "walk" the prongs down the cork al the way, starting with the longer prong, about a cm at a time. Then you twist it out. It prevents both broken corks and corking the wine, unlike a more standard extractor.
The "rub away" product does work, use it with water, like you would a bar of soap, but worked better than soap for things like garlic. It works with any stainless steel, but it does work. It is a trick I learned from a chef 30 years ago. Strong smelling things like garlic, ginger or other seasonings on your hands screw with your sense of smell and taste.
The pasta/steamer works and is great for dorms, single rooms or anywhere you have a microwave and no stove. It's also good for when you don't particularly feel like digging out the pots and just want a quick and dirty pasta with store bought dressing. Also if used correctly, you don't have to worry about the pasta water boiling over in the microwave.

I thought I saw you guys sneaking your brand into this video :P
Hahaha had to find this comment immediately! Dink it & sink it ♡

Mike: the dad that always says "go ask your mother"
This is awesome

I love how he just says "I can do this part" but Barry just ignores him and buckles James' belt anyway 😂
we need to see ben to "refer" about this fry holder.......he would probably storm away (without. a. word.) :)
I can find those mug warmers for a dollar at charity shops

"...it's moments like this that I wish Ben was here, because he would implode..." had me doubled over because I know exactly that feeling.
Mike: he's a professionally trained chef and look what he's wearing.
I can't stop laughing at that. Oh poor James.
Also love the 'Sink It' mug!
I almost spit my cofffee with that one

You guys should try Instagram hacks. For example put tomatoes between to container lids and slide a knife through them, to cut the tomatoes in half.
they did that already, like 500 years ago
or just buy a 4 dollar knife sharpener?
They did that one already and it worked quite well
