Banana cake with walnuts 10*22 cm
Bananas - 2 pieces (medium)
Egg - 2 pieces (medium)
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sugar - 90 g
All-purpose flour - 180 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 50 g
Raisins - 60 g + 1 tbsp flour
Walnuts - 60 g
Cognac - 1 tbsp
Oven - 170 C / 340 F
Time - 25-35 minutes

Your baking time is way off. I followed it and it was undercooked.
